The room smelled of mildew and the business chair was all ripped up and torn, toilet seat was in bad shape, cable hardly worked

I saw bad reviews for this property. My experience was excellent! Clerk was friendly and efficient, bed was comfortable, property was neat and groomed, parking was plentiful and efficient, and the vending machines worked! A winner in my book.

This was a terrible motel.
The room was tiny and nothing like the pictures on the site. The room #140 we were given allowed lights from the exit ramp to shine into the room.
Upon entry, I noticed the floor was warped and several areas of the vinyl plank flooring was chipped and damaged. I looked into the bathroom to find mold along the caulk lines and mold on the foor of the tub.
I turned on the unit AC control and it smelled like mildew.
I then inspected the bed. The linens on the bed were dirty and the pillows were sweat stained. The pillows were only 18"x18" x 4 pillows. The bedcover had multiple snags and looked beat up.
I then got suspicious about bedbugs. So, in one corner of the bed I peelled back the matress cover to discover there were five layers of covers with one being waterproof. The corner had a darker dirty look which is a telltale sign of bedbugs.
We immediately left and we to the front desk and turned in our key.
We choose to drive four hours late at night to get home and skip our tour of the university rather than stay and risk and bedbug infestation.

The room smelled absolutely terrible, I felt like I couldn't breathe. Did not end up staying the night.

Roomed smelled funny. Toilet running on and off. No constant fan. Watched the morning desk guy mopping the floor in bare feet. And walking outside.

Disappointment was that I was charged $15 for my second dog when Red Roof states you are allowed to have up to 4 dogs at NO CHARGE. Stay was fine and it was convenient to walk the dogs outside in the grass, but beware of special fees for pets.....

The room we had towels were dingy and hard. We was designed for customer with a disability. There was no tub nor rug in the bathroom.

The Red Roof In was the WORST customer service I’ve ever received!! The woman at the front desk was rude, and she refused to provide any type of customer service and then she laughed about it! Absolutely Horrible!!

Actual room does not compare to pics. Didn’t know it was a pet friendly hotel and I’m allergic to dogs so I couldn’t sleep well and now I’m sick and woke up with a bloody nose and sinus infection.

I booked this place to take my son to college, the photos they show on the website are not the reality, you will get an unpleasant surprise when you arrive. The place is simply horrible, unsafe, dirty, a penetrating rotten smell, as soon as we got there we left, thank God we were able to find a decent place

The price is reasonable and affordable. However that doesn't mean the cleanliness should've be poor. Towels need to be purchased for soft quality, ironing board cover was dirty, cigarette holes are on the sheets and comforter, the entrance door was dirty, need more signs to indicate the lobby entrance.

Was scared to leave my car alone in the parking lot. This location is not a Red Roof Inn that I’m accustomed to. This is a motel, not a hotel chain.
I will never stay here again. I couldn’t sleep well, I felt vulnerable and very uncomfortable traveling alone.

It was very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

There was flies in my room, couple earwigs and a bug I could not identify. The top blanket of my bed had cigarette burn holes in it. 30 minutes after wearing clean socks and walking around inside the bottom of my socks were dirty. There was towels that had stains But the towels were washed. The air conditioner was blistering cold which was amazing. Two doors down for me was a group of individuals while smoking 'stuff' and being loud I fixed this problem by leaving the bathroom light on which made the fan give off white noise.

first room offered had a terrible musty odor, second room offered after moving out of first room, smell was even worst, smelled like cat urine! terrible terrible, i drove back home for 6 hours at 11 pm it was so bad!

Place could be cleaner. Wash the sheets and towels better. I think people were living there. Animals on the premises.

The room was very small with a tiny tv. Their was also an unpleasant odor and the sink had a broken stopper. We had to request maintenance multiple times before getting a response. Their resolution was to just remove the stopper so we did not have full use of the sink. The vacancy rate was extremely high and it appeared most rooms were long term rentals. I would NOT recommend a stay here at all.
