No pool towel they said use the ones from the room so we did chairs by pool were dirty so 1 of the towels got dirty when we went to check out and get my cash deposit they make you leave they send someone to go look at the room they seen the dirty towel and charged me 5 bucks for that towel they said it would not wash out those towels are worth a dollar. I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN

Motel 6 quality stay. Nothing more, nothing less. They asked for $60 CASH damage deposit. Says a lot about the clientele.

Office staff was nice

The main office staff was great, however I ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night and there were roaches in the bathroom. I requested a refund and they told me they couldn’t give it to me , that I need to talk to the maneger. I left a note for the manager still haven’t received a call back. I asked for toilet paper and they made me go to the front desk, but when I was getting in the car to leave I seen the lady I asked for toilet paper walk up the stairs to take a roll to a white man. This was the worst experience ever, roaches all over the restroom. I’m still demanding my refund. I showed the front desk clerk the video of the roach crawling in the ceiling. I’m so upset about this stay because I have never experienced one like it.

may not stay at location because of cash only security deposit

Beds had bed bugs and the graveyard attendant told us that it would not be possible because they do regular inspections (wonder why?) and no bugs have been reported ( of course because they mostly come out at night or when a host is present). It was on the Labor Day weekend. Friday night after a long day, we retreated to our room at about 10:30pm. My son grew some knowledge in the subject after having experienced bed bugs at his dorm for a month. He knew something was up. After turning and tossing in bed, sure enough, he found the first one. Then more and more. He literally turned his bed upside down and recorded each bug he was finding in the process. Next was my bed and with all the proof necessary we complained and no more questions asked, we got a new room. We don't know if the room had bugs because by 12:30 midnight we were exhausted and just knocked out. Be aware, if you see the mattress inside these cases, all zipper up, be guaranteed there will be bed bugs. You may not know about it unless you have experienced it like my son did prior to this day. I thought that the itching was due to skin dryness. Now I know better. The rooms were clean. They didn't smell bad at all. The only issue were the bed bugs. Also, noise on the second floor. The attendant said there were no occupants on the second floor. I found out the next day that she got my room # wrong and that there were people on the second floor. I was moved to another room anyway so, I didn't deal with the noise.

I was very dissatisfied with my trip I've been here before and never been so disappointed. There were roaches crawling on my son's bed by his face. That made me concerned knowing that a roach would crawl into my son's ears. Not to mention the room above us was making so much noise and stomping around at 2 am it woke up my kids. And made it very difficult for us to fall back to sleep. However the service with this incident was great. After reporting it to the front desk they immediately called that room before I even walked out of the from lobby. And the noise stopped. The location is good it's walking distance from the stores. I've had a nice few walks. The comfort however was not to great the pillow are so uncomfortable I've woken up with neck pain 3 days in a row. And the mattress is so uncomfortable I woke up with back pain every time. I mean as a business the point is to provide comfort. To make people want to stay there. You want people to return. That is how you will make your money. But this will just make people not want to stay causing you to loose business. I don't think I'll be coming back here for my next trip.

Nice place, pleasant staff. An easy chair to sit in would fit in 217, and be a pleasant addition.

It was good for the price as it is a Motel 6. No complaints. Stayed one night and stayed once before.

How the clerk charged half of my security deposit because of something that I did do?

My room was very clean. The shower and bath appliances could have been updated (there was space between the bath appliance and the wall, and the shower head splashed water droplets over the shower curtain and onto the floor, but it was minimal). But overall it worked. AC worked well. The bed was comfortable and firm. I would recommend this property to others and would not mind staying again especially if I am on a budget.

Rooms are fine, but check in is annoying. Only place I've ever stayed that wanted IDs from all adults. Cash deposit required and they have to inspect room for refund. Looks like lots of people staying there on vouchers so clientele is iffy.

The front desk people are very friendly and helpful.

The ac was great but went to the pool and a random man off the street got into the pool with dirty tank top and shorts, he was picking at his skin in the pool, really gross
