The room was very clean upon arrival.
All staff was very friendly to us. The cons to our stay: the refrigerator was broken and smelled moldy. We notified front desk right away but no resolution came from that. The blinds on the windows were broken so we couldn't enjoy any view or natural light. The fireplace wasn't for heat, which was misleading and disappointing. Also, the hotel pool is NOT heated, and since this was a fall/early winter trip, we weren't able to enjoy that. Overall, the hotel felt extremely dated, but I think the staff is trying their best with what they're given.

Decent hotel for the price. Room was dated and needed some maintenance and updates but functional enough for 1 night. Bed was too firm for my liking. Heater sounded like a jet so ended up turning it off to get some sleep. Staff was friendly

I liked that it wasn’t too far to travel for events
I didn’t like that the shower had mold and mildew all around the base both inside and outside. The carpet had several stains that probably would have come out if shampoed!
I did like the breakfast bar, there were several selections to choose from. The house keeping was only available on request however, the maid never checked on us not even once.

We stayed for two nights. The first night was great but the second night was a disappointment. Breakfast the first morning was the best we have had in a hotel. The second morning, they were running out of items when we got there, including coffee cups, types of bread, etc.
Everything in the room was fine the first night but on the second night, the tank on the toilet overflowed every time we flushed the toilet.

Needed a new toilet seat, pool needed to be vacuumed, showers at the pool didn’t work, sauna was broken, tub in our room was broken, ice machine was broken, doors were exit only as the entrance locks were broken, it was a lot of money for so many issues. Very disappointed with the best western brand.

The day of our stay, the hotels WiFi / internet was not working. there was a back-up of people waiting for their rooms. The desk clerk, I believe her name was Patricia, was a shining star. She handled the chaos in a very professional and pleasant manner, she should be commended for that.

The general condition of the room was poor. The built in window blinds would not open so we had no view or daylight to speak of. The bathroom door would not close. The frame or hinges were damaged. Shower red was falling down making it difficult to keep the water in the tub. The AC failed on the third night but we were promptly given another room. The second room had no issues. No assistance with moving. The desk staff was somewhat unfriendly. Both rooms were clean and comfortable I expected better for $200+/night

There was a door at the back of the property that was designated as an exit only, which made getting our luggage into our room quite a hassle. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and I had to stand there waiting for several minutes before someone finally arrived, then remind her that I needed keys to get into the room after she said enjoy your stay and walked away. Ice machines were not present, I had to go to the front desk to get ice, which was annoying. The room was very spacious and clean though, and the beds were very confortable. The kids also enjoyed playing in the pool, which was very clean.

Great service and very clean! Wonderful breakfast! They need better pillows though. Also, the wallpaper eas a bit dated, but other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

My only issue was upon entering our room there was a heavy cigarette odour. They came in and sprayed the room. It helped a bit. The staff were very apologetic and would have changed us rooms. But I was too exhausted to move to another room. But our stay other then that issue was great.

There was a regional internet outage that caused their system to be down for hours. Staff did their best to accommodate my needs despite this technical difficulty.

We ordered a King suite for our anniversary and they gave us a handicap room directly next to the laundry room. Being that it was a handicapped room the shower sucked! You could not take a hands free shower. We were afraid to hang our towels on any of the bars in the bathroom as the previously probably had a catheter bag hanging off of it. There was a huge spiderweb and patched wallpaper stuck to the wall with staples. The secured door next to our room was never locked. The ice machine around the corner from our room was not there. When we went to the other ice machine, it was out of order. We had to get ice from the front desk, which apparently they had about 10 ice cubes to spare. Their cable was out also so no tv

It was clean. Beds were comfortable. We asked for towels because we had shower and used them up. The lady was walking by so I asked for more she says yes as long as you give me your used ones I’ll bring you back some clean one and never did. The breakfast was just ok. My grandkids did not like the eggs. They had I think chopped bacon in them. Not tasty at all. The pool was clean. A little cold.
The air conditioner was very loud. It ran all night like a fan then when the air kicked on I jumped because it was so loud I couldn’t sleep well because of it. I’m not sure if we will return there. Good luck.
