The floor was sticky, Evan after they went and remoped it. Paint was pealing off the walls in the bathroom, sink faucet was about to come off the sink. Food and previous tenants socks were left under the bed.

no rooms available even though we had confirmed reservations. Hotel was dirty and run down. We cancelled and they waived the cancellation fees. We will never consider Super 8 again.

Place hasn’t been painted in years. The “locks”were no where near secure. The keys didn’t work half the time. The “free breakfast” was a small selection of cereal and a half a gallon of milk. The coffee maker was no where near an outlet, couldn’t find a place to put it where I could plug it in, so, no morning coffee. Half the outlets didn’t work any way, half the lights were missing bulbs. Was rated as a 3 star hotel, should be 1 star.

The shower mat was loose. My wife fell in the shower and got a mild concussion.

The hotel is in an industrial area. Close to the highway but quiet. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Lots of parking. Hotel could definitely use an upgrade. Carpets and doors need replaced.. Our room looked to be freshly painted but the place needs a makeover. Was $30 more than our Motel 6 in Great Falls and not near as nice. Hotel is dog friendly and there were a couple there but we didn't hear them at all.

Clean rooms, hard wood floor, not a big breakfast but just fine to get up and go. Perfect for a quick night stay. Also long stays perfect for us blue collar

I will say first I got the best sleep I have had at a hotel in a long time and the customer service was great. It was pretty busy when I arrived with a long line of people. The front desk did well and my room was clean, that is about all I really care about. I was a bit apprehensive when I pulled up to the Super 8 not going to lie. It looked like some of it was boarded up form the back. I feel like it doesn't quite look the same as you see in the advertisement. Definitely an older hotel which I guess for 150.00 a night being the cheapest in town that night that is what you get. I would stay here again.

The Rooms are not Up to date old beds / Mattress not Comfortable pillows are Not comfortable paint peeling off walls . It's an outdated property. But the inside of room is clean outside halls and carpet could be replaced

Would rather camp on the side of the interstate highway in the bed of my truck

Slow computer at front desk

When checked in there was a sign advising weekly rates would be increasing that’s when I realized I made a terrible choice or it may have been when I saw all the furniture dumped behind the hotel or it could have been when I saw how horribly stained the carpet was or maybe it could have been when the shower would not stay at one constant temperature. Either way this is not a the hotel to stay at if you have standards.

The Place was filthy, run down and the computers did not work for check in or check out. I used to stay here for business when it was managed by another company. It was fine but nothing special. Now, it has really gone down hill. I would not stay there again.

Place looks like it had years of neglect. Our room had a roof leak at one time and the patch job was terrible, in my opinion. When the first floor door was opened, the wind would blow in under the large gap under our door.Trim was missing at the baseboard.All in all, the bed slept ok, the staff was friendly, and the price was very reasonable, but I prabably would not stay there again.

From 12am to 4am on a Thursday I had to listen to the people above me partying. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk so I had to walk to the front desk at 4am which I did not feel safe to do as I was alone. The woman said she would go speak to them and I’m not sure she did as they continued to party. I understand you get what you pay for but it was very disappointing. The cigarette butts at the second entrance. The room itself was ok but between the parties and barking dogs, don’t expect to get any sleep.

The front desk staff were the only redeeming quality: very friendly and attentive. One of the two rooms that we checked into absolutely wreaked of cigarette smoke and actually had a cigarette burn in the comforter. There were mysterious stains on the bathroom walls and the bathroom fan didn’t work. Another bathroom fault was that the paint was actually peeling away from the walls all over the place because the ventilation was broken for what seems to be a LONG time. We went to the breakfast in the morning, only to find that the only thing that was there was yogurt and bagels, and no coffee left (there was some in the lobby). The breakfast host for the hotel let us know that the truck hadn’t arrived with food so there was none to offer. This was a very economical stay however, I would’ve gladly spent more money for a room that didn’t smell like cigarettes and breakfast served when it was supposed to be.

Water running out of the wall instead of the shower head

Huge volumes of traffic in and out of rooms all hours of the night. People on their phones in the halls, dogs barking, definitely suspicious activity taking place in some of the rooms. Ended up packing up and leaving at 3am after not being able to sleep at all due to excessive amounts of noise. Would never stay there again, even if free.

Ext is run down and covered in dog feces. The interior walls are falling apart, the carpet is stained with dog feces and smells. The room door wouldnt latch correctly, dirty, smelly and most of the light fixures were broken. Heater/AC cord was wire nutted together. Could go on... but it's disgusting!

The check in was quick and efficient. The hotel is older and the room clean

Tv was a good size. Beds were comfortable. Everything else needs work.

Property run down. Parking lot a mess with garbage, etc. Hallways dirty and gross.

It smelled and coffee was very nasty. Breakfast area was a joke. Nothing was hot! I have stayed in a lot of a Super 8s and this one was the worst. Shouldn’t be open

Staff was great. There was a generator running outside the building. The hallway smelled horrible our room door was wide open. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly

This place needs a lot of work to the whole facility. Bathroom grouting was terrible. No non slip pads for the tubs. Ceiling patches are ugly. Only thing good was the bed after workers quit at 9 pm.

Room was cllean. Staff was very kind and accomodating. Would definitely stay again!!!

It’s old and showing it’s age - just like me, so, kind of a good match. “Pet Friendly” is always good, though. Bed was comfortable with nice fat ploofy pillows. Everything worked: a/c, tv, fridge, in-room coffee. Large, almost empty truck parking area to let my dogs run for a bit. Right off the freeway, so there’s a ton of food options nearby. A good enough place to stop for a night.

This hotel needs to be torn down. It is disgusting.
