Older hotel, need some maintenance. The staff were great, everyone was helpfuland friendly at all times! They served a great breakfast, dining is very small so we ate in the room. Very cramped room and bathroom, bed was uncomfortable, poor lighting in the room entrance.

This stay was uncomfortable. The bed was too soft and slumped badly in the middle, which was not at all good for my bad back. Additionally, the shower was not cleaned well as there were hairs on the wall from a previous guest along with a shampoo spill on the narrow shower in the shower.
There was no ice as the only ice machine had been broken for several days. That could have been ignored if it weren’t for the room condition.

We stopped late in the evening for a quick overnight stay. Staff was super accomodating and friendly. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean. We will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

There was a smell throughout the hotel. Our door cards quit working after a day. There was stains on the sheets. Beds were hard as a board. Overall, it was a below average hotel and stay.

Had a great stay, Appreciated the hot tub, staff was kind and friendly. Continental breakfast was the only area that could be improved as I find most of what hotels serve to be low grade food quality. I would stay here again.

I was not even able to stay here. I had a concert booked but the artist rescheduled and neither Expedia nor the hotel would help me rebook or get a refund. I just hope they are more accommodation in the future to situations that are completely out of my own hands. They were not willing to help at all.

It was a place to stay. Front staff, very pleasant. But the overall cleanliness, was terrible! There was an awful mildew smell in the bathroom that just reeked. We won't stay there again

Poorly maintained property, the ceiling in my bathroom leaked water into the shower. The screens had been pulled off and not put on properly on some on the windows.

Penny at front desk was friendliest staff in a long row of hotels starting Aug 2 traveling from NC out West. It is off the beaten path but close to anything you need! Highly recommend!
