The room was very clean and had all the amenities.

we arrived around 8ish pm after long drive, husband needed to use restroom. Girl who came out couldn't get him key to restroom and then during check in she had to go see someone upstairs to get answers about our checking in. All this time my husband is dancing around needing to pee. Gather she was home from school and her parents and sister ran the hotel. Which never saw anyone but her. Nice lobby but rooms need new bedding and nearest ice machine didn't work so had to go to Lobby for ice. And breakfast....worst breakfast I have every had! Thawed out frozen waffles, 1 cereal and small muffins that were terrible. No juices. I've had better grab and go breakfasts than this. It was OK for a quick over night stay (passing through) and was close to the Tabaco Museum, which is where we went next day. We got what we paid for since it was a lower priced hotel.

Property needs some repairs. Nothing serious, just some touch up here and there. But still a great place to stay. Close to food options and next door to a gas station.

I loved this stay, and is by far my preferred hotel in the area. I go every couple of months to see my family in Lafayette, and this will now be my go to hotel for all of my visits.

Place was filthy. Towels were dingy and had stains. Mold in corners. Light fixture in bathroom was gone. No air vent just a whole in the ceiling full of dirt. Comforter had burn holes. Refrigerator was frozen. Couldn't put nth in the top. Microwave was dirty. Had a spill. Called for towels was told they didn't have access for towels til morning. Was just brought a mop which had to use myself to clean. Worker just left and said call when I finish. Phone in room didn't work at all. Just wasn't satisfied. Remote had tape on the back. 219 door was opened all night. No security. Had a man sleep outside in the middle of the walk way. Won't be booking with them again. 0 stars

My room has some minor issues. Shower curtain rod was not mounted, hole in wall by door, and leak under air conditioning unit. And ice machine was not working either. But still nice rooms, professional staff, and great hotel.

I booked 2 nights ahead of time but did not check in until the 2nd night. The "new" worker was not trained I guess to do the simplest thing it seemed like. She had to call somebody in order for them to fix the problem remotely.It just seems like a simple task but I waited over 30 mins dealing with that until I got into a room. Overall for the price...it was an ok stay....what else do you expect.

This property is in very bad condition. Old and worn out. No common area coffee until the breakfast hour. Breakfast was a joke. Stay away from this hotel.

Price was cheap. Parking right outside the door. The building is old and needing updated. the sink had a crack in it. The carpet was dirty. I had white socks on and they were filthy dirty after walking around the room. New paint needed. Ceiling needed covers. Couldn’t wait to leave.

There were a lot of stains on the sofa, carpet and in the fridge. As our previous stay in October 2023 was great, we booked this hotel again but was disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised. Stayed in a handicap accessible room & the room was recently refurbished. I read reviews of all hotels nearby & heard complaints of weak hot water but I didn't have any issues here. Everything thing was clean & checkin & morning staff were nice & professional. The continental breakfast was very simple consisting of coffee, cold cereal, bananas, toast & packaged danishes. I'm a simple breakfast person with no complaints but can easily imagine many would be disappointed with the continental breakfast. I had I great stay at the Super 8, was very happy with the price & definitely would stay again.

When my husband and I arrived to our room, we immediately got online to look for another hotel. Bugs on floor, room was over 90 degrees.

It was good. I do understand it’s a 2 star not that I’m a 5 star person but the hotel needs some Renovation desperately. The staff was very friendly and professional. Loved the way the outside had extremely good lighting since I work nights and have to leave when dark.

The room was not clean it was a non smoking room but smell of smoke, there where cigarette butt in room, cigarette burns in comforter. electric outlet was missing cover plate. microwave was broken.TV speaker was broken. there was a blood stain on one of the pillow cases, mold in bathroom. fridge would fall forward when open.

This property needs a major change — the pool
Is closed due to Covid. We literally checked in & locked ourselves in the room because there were people loitering in the parking lot & a few of the individuals continued to harass other guests as well as myself in the parking lot begging for money and rides. It was a shame because my kids were scared to even go to sleep.
