Room we reserved wasn’t available for us on check in, the charged us pet fees when we didn’t have any animals with us, when they tried to give a discount they charged an additional cha he instead… breakfast was not good and the breakfast area was extremely small. Maid service left dirty washcloth in the tub..

We stopped here in Late July on our way to the east coast. The room was nice with laminate floors and relatively new furniture but the chair had a strange smell and the bath tub had a ring on the side. We were in an accessible room so it was very spacious but the bed was quite uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on an over filled waterbed. The mattress seemed to be filled with air.
The staff was pleasant and the main areas of the hotel were nice.

I always stay here when I'm up in Maine visiting my family. I mistakenly reserved a handicap room through Expedia and the lady at the front desk acted like there was nothing she could do about it because I went through Expedia. I guess I could've acted like a Karen and asked for a manager and demanded a different room but I felt like she should've just made it happen. The hotel definitely had plenty of available rooms. I'd stay there again though.

Although we ended up arriving quite late in the evening, our room was superb very large three bed suite was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the mini fridge with a freezer option as we had items that needed to be kept frozen and cold we will definitely stay here again during our travels.

The front desk could be more personable. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Didn’t appreciate the so called resort fee that I did pay when I reserved and paid for the room. So I paid twice. And this is not a resort at all.

Stayed for one night after a concert in Bangor. Very clean and comfortable room. Our room was next to I-95 but it was quiet throughout the night. We planned to sleep in but could hear the early morning highway traffic. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again if in the area but we’d ask for a room that isn’t on the I-95 side.

We came for the concert at Maine Savings Amphitheatre, which is 20 minutes drive away. Sauna in the gym was a nice surprize! Breakfast was really good.

when we arrived the staff were very friendly. Tge first room the bathroom was not cleaned so we asked for a different room. The staff were very understanding and happily gave us another room. When we went to the next room the bathroom again was not cleaned. the Assistant Manager came and clean it himself. The staff definately mad up for the mistakes of the cleaning staff. The property was easy access to everything, some areas including the bathrooms need a reno.

Noise from the room above began at 4:30am and did not stop. At 6am I called the front desk to ask for help and was told that he couldn’t as breakfast had started at 6 - made zero sense.

This hotel is conveniently located just off the highway outside of Bangor. It is quiet and feels safe. The room had everything we needed and the staff were accommodating. This was our second stay here and I would go back again.

Nice clean comfortable hotel for a UMaine visit. Friendly and quick check in. Breakfast was fine - Jimmy Dean egg sandwiches and make your own waffles and cereal and toast - the basics. Dunkin’ around the corner.

An older hotel/ motel in a quiet setting near highway. Clean, very nice. Bedding was great. Good zzzzzzzzz’s My only wish would be better coffee and bfst. But a good bfst only 4 mins away.
Great value and friendly. Bear motif includes a taxidermy bear above the front desk. Not to everyone’s taste perhaps but this is northern Maine.
I recommend for comfort, cleanliness, price.

Well kept hotel with very courteous staff. Breakfast options were average. Room was large, comfortable, and clean. Hotel was recently renovated and they removed the laundry facility on the property which was somewhat inconvenient. Signs and online amenity listing guest laundry should be removed. Overall, very good stay.

The gentleman that checked me in was quite rude. Had to leave to get an answer and when he came back he didn’t talk to me. He didn’t explain breakfast and check out with me as he did the person in front of me
