Convenient location, very nice staff. The room itself was enormous - very spacious and comfortable. Could benefit from some updating (e.g., older/weathered wallpaper) but was clean and a positive experience overall. Free breakfast is small but sufficient. Surrounding area is a bit dodgy but we didn't have any problems. Would recommend overall.

Clean enough but had a very unpleasant smell. Very noisy.

I have stayed here several times and I've always loved it it is a very clean well-kept motel that almost falls into the Retro floor Boutique category because they have really taken the time to upgrade many things and when you first walk in the room it has kind of mid century apparnation and it just is very clean and quiet and a great spot with a good breakfast

Good location nice place to stay

Our room overlooked the river. It was very nice and relaxing.

Our stay was o.k. but i thought the photos were misleading. I requested a room on the top floor but was given one on the bottom floor and had the person above tromping around and moving things. The park area was nice but a homeless camp was nearby.

Outside smoking tent was near. People sensitive to smoke/asthma stay away!!

We enjoyed the stay with a wonderful surprise view of the river and beautiful bridge.We are from the south and were a bit surprised by no air conditioning only a fan, and it didn’t work. Overnight was a bit warm and we open sliding screen door.

The hotel provides access to downtown and I-5. The hotel is very dog friendly. It has a nice park and view of the river. The staff are friendly. We were there a full week and would stay there again.

Had lovely stay at this hotel by the river. Had lovely sit on balcony overlooking the river . Very relaxing. Bed's comfortable and staff very helpful and nice. Price was good as well. Have stayed in worse hotels that were expensive. Pool a bonus as was a hot day so nice to cool down. Would stay again.

I would never have selected this location if I would have seen an ariel view of the building front and location of this motel. It did not look like the pictures and was at a very busy intersection making it difficult to get in and out of. The tiny pool was at the edge of the parking lot right next to the busy intersection so we didn’t use it. We heard loud card and sirens all night; it wqs not a quiet room. The flood lights made it impossible to keep the room as dark as we prefer at night. The chair cushions haven’t been cleaned in ages. None of the usb ports in the lights worked, and half the outlets were broken. Manager did discount the room to cover the cost of a charger plug in i had to run and buy. The area was not one i would feel comfortable walking around by myself (it wqs not a safe area to be wandering) and the river area did not have a path long enough for a walk or jog. It was a partial river view and partial view of the hotel behind us (the seating area by the river was beautiful). They also put us right above the staff break area so we got to smell cigarettes off and on the whole time. Breakfast was super basic as the lobby is too small for anything more. The room itself was clean. Bed was semi-comfortable. Will not stay at this property again.

The room was clean, but missed a few spots. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Green area is beautiful. Walls are super thin. I could hear absolutely everything going on in my neighbors room.

The staff was friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable, there was a large indent from prior sleeping bodies. They need to purchase new mattresses. The room itself was depressing but clean. The breakfast was sugary muffins or sugary cereal.

This hotel has excellent front desk service! It’s a little older and the exterior walkways were in need of some sprucing up, but the location along the river was really nice. The pool was pleasant and clean. The breakfast choices were pretty limited but there were enough items that no one went away hungry . Overall, it was a good value for the price and violates again.

Easy stop, friendly staff, good price, comfortable bed

On ground floor it was too noisy. Could hear the people upstairs walking around and using shower and sink. Office staff were wonderful. It’s just an old motel but very clean and the bed was comfortable.

I would not stay here again. Bugs on ceilings and window sills. Old, dusty, dirty furniture. Needs an upgrade and better cleaning. Also, across from gas station that looked very run down. Didnt feel safe in surrounding area.
