carpet smells, when you open the door in, smells and you can tell it’s from the carpet

Took over half hour just to check in. The room had very bad order. No lamps on the night stands.no ice buckets. There was no remote and had to go to the office and get one when I finally turned on the TV quite a few hours later the TV was completely cracked and won't work it's was cracked all over the screen

The big bed. The location and the price. This room has everything you need.

I feel the couch was real dirty and floors should be put in. Looking shabby and not so clean.

The bedding was nice and updated. The room was large.

It needed a night stand on both sides of each of the queen beds. There is no rubber mat for safety in the tub. Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. There is no clock in the room. Heater was noisy and seemed like the air filters needed replaced.

The place was completely disgusting. From having to buy toliet paper & air fresheners and airing out the room cause it was unbearable. To the fishy slim in the fridge and very dirty microwave. I didn't even want my kids to touch anything. I have video & pictures.

There was no glasses or cups available in the room. The Heat/ac was ancient and the soap holder in the shower had been smashed and never repaired

There was not anything good about this property.

VERY dirty, cigarette ashes in a non smoking room. filthy carpet with dark stains everywhere, a weird white powder behind a chair in the room. Questionable white drippings down the front of the dresser. no lamp shades, exposed wiring to the lights and a dangling smoke detector. Then to wrap it all up, after asking for a refund as we would not be staying they proceeded to charge my card 3 times! instead of refunding it. Terrible all around

Location and ease of check in. Parking in inner courtyard seemed secure.

The property was old and not well maintained. Room has bad odor. Toilet was partially clogged, wash basin drain was broken, hanging closet rod was missing.

The room smelled awful. Wasn't clean. Crayon on walls. Mini fridge was on the lowest setting so it was leaking from it's freezer. No TV remote. Not even an extra towel. The rooms around us had loud music and barking dogs all night. The choice of food for breakfast was really crappy. Nothing to drink. It was cheap but really not even worth it. Would not recommend.
