Hotel was nice and room was clean and spacious. They welcomed my pet with some treats and a cool sign that goes on the door that shows you have a fur baby inside.

It’s a remodeled hotel with nice modern style and furnishings but there’s no coffee or even microwave in the room. The fridge is small and basic so if you need ice you have to use the community ice maker. It’s okay for a one night stay, if you’re looking for a week long business stay, you can do better. Also, entering the place is inconvenient, entry is in center so if you’re at either end it’s a haul. There’s no elevator or luggage carts.

Spark by Hilton in Rock Springs Wyoming is an older hotel that has been rehabbed to be a top end economy hotel. Room was clean, comfortable, and safe feeling. The only downside was no in room coffee maker and only a bagel bar for breakfast.

Hilton is downgrading its properties and removing amenities. They have cheapened the product and raised the price. They removed the clocks, and microwaves, and removed the good parts of the breakfast. Motel 6 provides more amenities at a better price. This is true of the Tru line of hotels as wella s Spark. Tbis is not Hilton quality/

This property was not up to the standards of a Hilton. You could hear people talking through the halls and the walls. Breakfast was a bagel bar with Folgers coffee. We’ve had better breakfasts at other lesser hotels. Not much around for food except fast food.

The hotel was undergoing remodeling during my stay. That led to some morning noise. But, the value and freshness of the completed areas made me super satisfied. It may be downhill from this point but I’m happy with the “newness.”

Easy access off of I-80, comfortable bed, nice shower. The GPS from Expedia takes you to a gas station on the east side of the road. The hotel is on the northwest side of the exit.

Clean rooms, no carpet in the room which is great for per friendly hotels, but the per fee at $40 per pet per night is a bit steep, and breakfast was just bagels so we had to go out to get a quick bit before continuing our trip

The rooms were clean but unfortunately it was hard to get some rest with people running around in the hallway screaming and listening to music really loud until about 1 am. My kids were a little scared and couldn’t fall asleep either but this was our only available option after a 13 hours drive. Thankfully, I only stayed one night but be aware they have a lot of people in there who seem to work around this area so if you are planning a long stay just be prepared for the noise. I will not stay in this hotel again unless I have no other options.

I had problems with the key system from the minute I arrived. When I received the key card, it had a message printed on it that I needed to install the Hilton app and request a digital key in order to gain access via my phone. Tried to gain entry by using the key card, no luck. Took 45 minutes to download the app. Still no access. Once the app loaded I had to request the digital key. Didn’t receive notification of the digital key until the next day. Went to the front desk and requested a new key card. Finally was able to gain entry to the property and my room. The next day I left the property and when I returned I could not gain access, again! This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel/motel I have ever stayed. It will be a long time before I stay at another Hilton property.

Our room was a little strange. The picture when I booked showed a couch (which is why I booked the room) but there was no couch. And the TV stand was in a really awkward corner of the room. It had to be turned 90 degrees to be viewed from the bed, which was the only place you could watch TV because there was not a chair nor table in the room. We were going to order food and eat in the room but it was not possible. The entire place had recently been repainted and was very clean, but it's obviously an older property.

The hotel had just changed ownership to Spark by Hilton. The place was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the pool was just being filled and not open for swimming. We had picked this place because it had a swimming pool. Other than that it was fine and the breakfast was good.

Property was fine. Recent remodel. Stayed 8 days. They only cleaned rooms twice. Disappointing. Had to get my own towels twice. Check in took 30 minutes. Checkout took 45 minutes as staff was unable to operate the computer app. Another major issue - had to talk them out of a daily charge of $200 a day for “incidentals.” (That would be refunded at checkout.) There were no incidentals at this property (no in room beverages; no room service). So for the two rooms over 8 days they wanted to charge $1600 on top of the $2700 room fees). Staff was just simply not trained.
