We had a great stay! Rooms were comfortable and clean!

Check in was quick, staff was excellent.
The first room we had, the heater didn’t work. Maintenance came and confirmed it was not working and the front desk got us a new room promptly. The new room was handicap accessible. Not an issue except for the padded toilet seat being torn, gross and not comfortable if you have to sit. The shower head would not stay upright, there was water everywhere after my shower and the shower was not clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. The continental breakfast was the best we have ever had with pork sausage, bacon and what appeared to be eggs scrambled not liquid eggs like most places have. We did venture to the bar and received ice cold beer and good service. The couple next door to us had a small child and it cried most of the night. (Not the hotels fault and we get babies cry, we are parents and grandparents) We would definitely stay here again. I would ask for a regular room and one that wasn’t adjoining to another.

Comfortable stay, the room heater in our kitchenette side of our room didn’t work, but my son who slept in there seemed to do ok. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again! Also The complementary breakfast was incredible both days we were there.

Very old property. Gross old carpet and cottage cheese ceiling and dirty moldy bathroom vent! The bed was like sleeping on the floor it was so hard!

I had to ask to change rooms as the first one had toothpaste still in the sink and the curtains were on the floor. They moved me to another room a little bit better but not much. The person working the desk was helpful and apologetic, The hotel felt very dirty overall.

Great place to stay. The free breakfast included hot food and not just the typical grab and go fare. This hotel also has excellent parking for trucks and trailers.

It was a nice stay. The bathroom was not as clean as I like. There was hair in the corners. I had a cleaning company and notice when things are not cleaned. Overall, I would still recommend this motel.

This Hotel TALKS of customer service, but doesn't TRULY deliver!! They couldn't provide me with a very simply copy of my receipt, nor would they allow me to provide them with a hardcopy document to simply scan and forward to my email address. I won't be staying with this hotel again!!

The gentleman that checked us in was great. Very personable. Our room appeared as though it hadn't been completely cleaned. There was sticky stuff and spilled stuff on the nightstand. The room hadn't been vacuumed. Candy ground into the carpet and crumbs all over. The heat/air conditioner unit didn't work. Couldn't shut it off

cleanliness was ok, could be updated in rooms,furniture a little run down, fire alarm went off while we were sleeping and had to leave turns out it was due to a battery running low. complimentary breakfast was very unorganized and was not kept clean or stocked. staff was nice and friendly, there was a questionable looking housekeeper that stared at us, made us a little uncomfortable.

We were turned away when they found out it was a cat, and not a dog. Said we had to work with Expedia for a refund and did not offer any help finding another location.

Staff was very nice. Strange set up with the rooms. It appreas the hotel added on at some point. The room window looks over the inside lobby of the hotel. Kind of odd.

Breakfast was good. Nice gym, past that. We wouldn’t stay again. Wouldn’t allow yearly check-in. Fire alarm at 12:00 am, having to leave the building for 30 minutes while fire department inspected. Outdated light fixtures with charger port that almost set our daughters insulin PDM on fire.

The dog area was horrible. There was a lot of dried dog feces all in it. I would not take my dog in it because of possible parasites. I always pick up after my dog but some dont. The hotel should make sure it is cleaned up to protect our fur babies.

This was a nice enough place to spend one night. They had a very nice breakfast. I would maybe stay here again.

Probably a very nice place long ago, but in desperate need of an update. Pool area was all cold even hot tub; bathrooms had no working fans; air conditioner in room minimally worked; television had bad static; breakfast was very basic; front desk was not always manned. Handicapped doors didn’t work at all doors

The property is dated and needs to be refreshed. It’s mostly a parking lot and nearby shaded grass little in the way of landscaping. The hotel sits almost right on the highway although our room had no problem with highway noise.
