The hotel is perfect. My third stay. The bathtub is long, wide, and extremely comfortable. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, and walking distance from the museums. The service is outstanding. My first day I was greeted by Mia who had made my restaurant reservations a few days earlier over the phone. The next day I saw Tracy who immediately recognized me from my previous stays. And then Camille assisted me later in my stay. What a warm, welcoming team they are. They made the stay memorable.

We chose this hotel as it was the most well-located in the city for hotels of its ranking. The property was in fact very well located in the city center and very convenient to nearby attractions, restaurants and transportation. The hotel itself is an older building that has been appropriately cared for but is probably coming due for another refresh. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would stay here again.

Excellent

Very small room, next to the lift and facing the street. Noisy, and the bathroom so small that there was water allover after a bath, and bathroom did not have aircirculation. Left the room and informed the receptionist of above, no apologies received. Though breakfast was very good.

The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. They aim to make the guest feel welcome and appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and bathtub were luxurious. Overall it was an amazing experience. Will stay again when I’m in Grenoble.

It was ok but not the best. The location needs updating. had to go park my vehicle far away in an underground parking and had to unload and load my luggage's myself far away from the hotel located in a pedestrian street. not the fault of the hotel but the neighborhood is not that great.

Nice rooms and very convenient. Hotel was being renovated so the public areas were not available at this time. A little hard to find and parking is a block away. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I have been to the hotel before, and this stay did not disappoint. Wonderful amenities, including a large bathtub and adjoining walk-in rainfall shower. The location is perfect: three tram stops from the train station. It is in the heart of the historic district in walking distance to the Fine Arts Museum and the Museum of the Résistance. Lots of dining options. BUT the most impressive aspect of the hotel is the warmth and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was lovely, but Tracy and David were particularly memorable. I was dying for a cup of coffee when I arrived, and Tracy told me there was an expresso machine in the room. I told her I was too tired to deal with that. She offered to make me one in the lobby. When I asked if she had milk, she walked to the kitchen and brought me out milk. She could have easily directed me to a cafe, but she didn’t. The next day I needed directions, etc., and David helped me with this. The next day he once again asked me how my stay was in Grenoble. His kindness and helpfulness made the stay so enjoyable. Even the housekeeping staff was friendly and wished me a good day when I went out. I could not have asked for a pleasanter stay.

The hotel is so nice, Staff is kindly and cheerful, close to commute and restaurants. Unfortunately, My room was somtimes noisy in midnight as faced street.but It might be normal in France.

We had items stolen from our bags when we left them behind the front desk for a few hours. It was a middle aged man with dark hair. We didn’t realize until we got to our next destination. F this hotel and their scum employees.
