Wouldn't recommend. This is one shady place.

Wasn’t cleaned well - hair in the bathroom…a cup with ashes on the balcony…ick. Balcony needs a better lock - feels very easily accessible (we put a chair up against the door when sleeping). Toilet took like 3 flushes to work every time. Comfy bed/pillows.

Mildew and mold evident as soon as the elevator opened to the 4th floor. The room was worse. I developed a headache from the intense smell of mildew immediately. The bed felt like an old pull out sofa mattress. The furniture was stained, all of it. The property was an attempt to convert a motel to a hotel but a very poorly constructed attempt. It took 3 room changes to get a room that was habitable. The only thing wrong with the 4th room offered was the shower rod was hanging down and would have fallen had I attempted to move the shower curtain. Property is a hell hole and the State of Connecticut needs to encourage them to abate the mold and mildew with fines and cease operations action. One room I was moved to had a second door to the outside of the building that was propped open. There were flies in that room and the lock for that door was broken. The third room had a privacy curtain that was about 8 inches shorter than the window. The window was over the parking lot so there was no privacy. How this property got pass building inspection scares me. I will be contacting the State for assistance. I can not stress enough to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.READ THE REVIEWS. LOOK AT THEIR RATING. BELIEVE WHAT OTHERS ARE POSTING.

The stay was great. But the bed frame was broken in the middle. The comfortability of the bed was so-so just because I kept sliding into the middle broken part of the bed. Stay was great, price was reasonable for 1 night. Breakfast was awesome in the morning.

Closer door didn’t open, so I couldn’t hang my clothes, toilet roll holder was broken

Room 242: Door did not fully open because it hit the carpet, TV did not work, deadlock on door did not work since latch was not properly aligned. And then the kid at the front desk barely listened and cared about my complaints

Wall plates in swimming pool by shower falling off. Wall paper coming off walls. Hets in jacuzzi do not work along with time. Please smell the someone was smoking Pot shower heads showers at pool bad. This place is not worth the price

The room was fine, nothing special. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken and the shower had no hand grabs and the floor of the shower was very slippery.

It is hard to find a place to start: At check-in we were assigned 3 different rooms before we found one that was serviceable. Then the heat stayed on all night until we finally had to turn the unit off. Room was soiled, rugs look like they have never been cleaned, closet door was inoperable and we could hang clothes.Breakfast was minimal, unappetizing and the coffee was atrocious. We would never stay there again.

This place was absolutely filthy. The young man at the desk at check in was very kind and switched my room after I requested it because of the horrible stains in the first room. The second room was not too much better. I stayed here for one night while traveling, but would not recommend this to anyone for any length of stay for any reason

Hotel upgraded us from Standard room to suite which was nice however in the bathtub the faucet was leaking which caused there to be a big brown stain going from underneath the faucet to the drain. We asked to be moved to another room because of this. The staff that we informed of the issue asked asked us " is this the only problem?" And if could i hear the leaking from the bedroom. I felt that she was trying to minimize the issue. Ultimately she did move us but since she seemed to have down played the issue we went back to the room and took a video to show her. The second room was clean and bathtub was stain free. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The booking does come with free breakfast and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Overall i wouldn't mind staying again.

The 1st room we were given had not been cleaned. The second room and the hallway both had a dead smoke smell. This is supposed to be a no smoking hotel.
There was no towel bar in the bathroom, one side had been broken off of the wall.
The pool has been closed since it closed for COVID, but it's still listed and pictured on the Hotels.com site
The employees were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the TV had many channels, all digital with good picture quality.
The breakfast was decent, but some of the other customers appeared to be local people currently living in the hotel.

Torn towels, broken toilet seat, mirror pulled out of the wall, hair dryer with wires exposed, band aid and disgusting stuff on side of bed, pubic hairs on the bathroom floor and in a drawer. They were surprised when I told them. They said it was "the bestest room."

The property itself is a little dated but everything did work/function as it should. It was drafty and I’m not a huge fan of the wall unit air conditioners, but once I figured out the remote situation, I was able to get the room warmed up pretty quickly. Love the fridge & microwave option for the price point. Customer service was okay, nothing outstanding, but okay. We didn’t eat the complimentary breakfast but it looked pretty good and we were told that it was good. We were in town for just one night and the room provided what it needed to provide. The king bed was pretty comfy in my room as well.

Pictures were definitely deceiving. Wasn’t worth the price we paid. My cousin found clumps of hair in her bed. The toilets were horrible. I’ll never stay here again.

Hotel is fine.
The only issue I have is that the parking spots lines are too tight. Each parking spot needs to be wider. I’m hoping my door is not dinged by the person parking next to me.

Ice maker and vending machine didn't work on fourth floor. Lost a dollar, no big deal, but was told by staff that I could just go to another floor. Breakfast was okay, but no where to sit as the place was full. Chair near the window and desk chair both had stains on them. Air conditioner worked poorly.

The room supposed to be non smoking and we can’t breathe with the terrible smell. Also I pay for a doble bed room and it was only one queen bed. Very disappointed
