We came from Illinois for a wedding. We arrived a little early, but our room was ready. Renovations happening, but it was very well protected with plastic behind curtains that wasn’t unsightly, plus no dust in the lobby. Room looked updated. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Hotel was under renovation and the restaurant/bar was closed. This information should be disclosed when booking. I would have stopped for dinner prior to arriving in the evening.

Property is going through a major renovation, so the room was nice, but most of the common areas were either old or under construction. The gym wasn't open, but they gave us passes to a nearby YMCA that was really nice. Good location on the water. Easy parking. Just needs some improvements and services.

This property is currently under renovation. The rooms have been recently completed and they are beautiful. However the other amenities are currently unavailable. The location off the river was perfect and the parking garage next door had no fee. Nearby coffee shops were great.

The front desk staff was friendly enough and a small welcome bag was provided. Room was nothing special, bed was comfortable, no soap dish and mirror was dirty with fingerprints, no alarm clock. Parking was convenient for a low price. Easy to walk to breakfast or dinner restaurant nearby.

We stayed over the 4th of July as it’s on the water and has overnight docks available. The hotel is under construction, so not all amenities were available, but the beds were comfy and the showers were so good! Nice to see the hotel being upgraded and we look forward to coming back.

Rooms do not have microwaves as listed on the hotel website. No king bed rooms offered. Hotel is going through renovations and there's no food, fitness center, lobby seating, or pool. Basically paid full price for a little bed and bathroom... could have stayed at a motel 6 and had more amenities.

The hotel will be better after they finish renovations and take on the Marriott name. Right now, the fitness center, pool, the restaurant, the lobby and the pub are closed

For what we paid for the room, this was a disappointing experience. No pool, no breakfast (not even a granola bar or fruit), noisy construction, loud people in the hallways. We didn't know there was no pool or restaurant until we arrived. The staff was not apologetic about the construction or lack of amenities. Instead, they implied it was my fault that I didn't know because I used Expedia.

Newly remodeled and very nice. Might be the best bathroom at a hotel I have had.
We came for an event at the conference center and it was so convenient to walk there. Parking was easy too in the garage.

It states nothing about the pool and hottub being under construction and permanently closing. Hot tub was our main reason for chosing the property.
Floors 1&2 are under remodel so you cant use the lobby and if you have a larger vehicle you can't get to the 2nd story of the ramp to checkin...but there is an elevator.

It was clean and quiet. If I had to choose one complaint, it would be that it didn’t have a smart tv, which really isn’t a complaint, just a convenience! I would stay there again!

Check in and out was quick and friendly. I was excited to see Ground Round on sight, but sad to see it was only open 7am - 11am (especially since my seminar started at 7:30am). My room was clean and pleasant. Thanks!

Its just kind of funny that the lakeview room we got was probably related to what we paid for the room. The view was mostly rooftop from the hotel with a blocked view and a little bit of a river view to the left. I just laughed at the "river view".

We stayed for a overnight for a wedding, so we didn’t spend much time in the room. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working well. We found food crumbs when we moved the ottoman.

We were disappointed with our check in. The front desk kept saying our rooms weren’t clean but then a whole bunch of other people were able to check in. Finally at 3:45 we were able to check in when check in time was 3:00

The location is perfect for seeing a performance at the Leach Auditorium, it walking distance. The view of the water is spectacular.
