Property could use some modernization, but otherwise it was perfect. Clean, smelled good, staff was amazing and accommodating to our needs and the needs of our family. Definitely a gold star for the staff, both day and night.

Hotel was fine. Stayed one night. Was unable to use pool due to late opening. Pet friendly but not much area to walk dog.

Room was small, especially the bathroom. Hardy any space in the bathroom to set out toiletries, makeup, etc.
Ask for a room that would minimize steps needed to get to the room from an entrance. I made this request when I booked the room. We were given a room the the longest distance from either entrance. Not very kind to a person who has mobility problems.

The hotel just ok. The breakfast food (eggs) completed out, no refills...look like no one pay attention to it....

The beds weren’t comfortable at all was like sleeping on a brick and the rooms need to be updated was stains in the carpet and places in the walls that need to fixed the correct way

Room was fine. Staff weren’t bad, just new. Breakfast was okay, biscuits were cold. But overall it served its purpose and provided a comfortable place to sleep and provided a breakfast. I would stay here again.

It took almost 30 minutes to get checked in in three different clerks. I’m wondering if it’s because of the way I booked it I’ve never had a problem before with Expedia cause that’s what they were blaming it on.

It was very quiet. The 3 on staff was for housekeeping they were very loud and rude. There is also train tracks behind, if you dont want to hear trains not a good stay.

Property, although clean, was ‘tired-looking’ on the inside. Elevator very scuffed and beat up. 3 rd floor exterior doors damaged and scuffed.
No coffee nor bacon/sausage for breakfast bar.

The check in was quick and easy and the manager on duty was extremely helpful. The experience made me actually glad the Hampton Inn was full. This was just as good and less expensive.

Tv had limited channels. Old motel. AC was in poor condition.

Avoid at all costs. Staff is aware of internet and tv issues said the owner will not fix. Dogs in the yards next to the hotel parked all night long ended up leaving a day early.

This had to be the worst hotel. I’ve stayed at yet the shower did not drain for like 30 minutes after you got out of it the bathroom will be held water and did not drain. The bathroom door did not close found dirty, women’s underwear laying in the floor by the curtains Had to get my cards reprogrammed multiple times because they stopped working and when I would do that they never asked to see ID. I just told him what room I wanted a card for and got it will never stay there again.

The property is a little old. But the staff obviously is the main plus. Staff member Michael is totally outstanding in his appearance, effort to do anything and everything with making coffee in the morning check out making sure the breakfast is put out between six and nine is officially handled and taken care of. He IS Your real asset. I would stay there again, just because of his quality concern for a happy stay.
