Great stay. Although room service was not offered upon the second day. We requested room service and our room was cleaned (including new towels and linen). All staff was friendly especially Rasheed.

The bathrooms were not clean, didn't have soap or shampoo, neither enough towels. The first room we received, the bathroom was floating, the second room they gave us, the toilet didn't work,and then,the last room, was okay.

Stayed here for Taylor swift concert - one of the only options availble. Outside was concerning - no curb appeal. Front desk area looked okay until we got to the elevator - which was filthy. Sticky floors, peices of the floor missing, and elevator was super noisy. Room has dirty and stained comforters and sheets, rust on floor and bathroom, blood stains on tile, rotting wood around mirror. Did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed so we slept on our own blankets. Wore shoes the entire time. Bathroom door locked by itself - I got locked in there and had to call my friends in another room to get me. Shower water was grey when we first turned it on. Room smelled of mold. After 8 hours of being there - the clothes in our suitcase literally felt WET! It was so horrible. Area is not safe, all our Ubers to/fro told us to get a different hotel if possible simply due to the location. One night - someone was blasting rock music until 4am. (As if we could get any comfortable sleep anyway).

We were stopping for a trip to San Antonio to see our son graduate Air Force and needed to rest. It was not great. The first room we got was occupied and the door was open. Second room was ok but had a cleaning rag on shower.

for the weekend. A much needed vacation.
The receiptist Rashad Jackson was the best. His customer service skills was supra...Grade A. He knows the city and gave us excellent and accurate information, direction and scoops of everything we needed. He even went out his way to look the local bus route up on his phone. This gentleman was outstanding. Thank you

When we checked in we were given a room, went to that room and it was someone else’s room. There was someone asleep in the room. Went back to the desk and she just reprogrammed our key to a different room with no apology or explanation. The room was fine the room was pretty clean but the whole building smelled like weed. We left and didn’t stay in that hotel and drove 1.5 hours home at midnight instead. I have tried to reach out for a refund and haven’t gotten any response. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!

This is an absolute last resort motel. Our first room smelled like mildew and humidity, so we were changed. I refused to take a shower from the appearance of the room. It was just not a good experience.

Staff was great. Hotel needs some updates to the exterior and interior. I rented two different rooms and one room had a phone in it and the other one did not. Overall it was a great place to stay. Very quiet area.

The room was not clean, and the towels were stained. There was a dry marinara sauce stain on the base of the bed which I cleaned with my own Clorox wipes.
The sofabed was so dirty and stained we didn’t want to sleep in it. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we arrived at 2:00am so we didn’t have many options. The staff member was outside smoking in their car so when we went down to ask for towels and additional blankets we had to go outside. Thankfully it was only for one night. There was a homeless person camped out next to the ice machine on our floor. We were so scared coming off the elevator to see them with food spread out all over the floor. We did tell the front desk and they were asked to leave but still not something you expect to see.

We had problems accessing our room twice, and ended up in a room where the bathroom door wouldn't close. The room was also ver humid, the floor was constantly wet. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

The property is located in a clean, safe area and is less than 20 minutes from the French Quarter. The hotel is very clean and they offer a complete hot breakfast.

Scammers. Ran my credit ten days prior to arrival without consent on a pay at hotel. Very dishonest. Then charged me $155 when I had the credit card company dispute and cancel reservation after bad business. Will dispute the $155 charge next . Don't book here. They charged me knowing it was pay at hotel and the manager refused to make it right. Thought they were just going to take my money I guess but no. #EssenceFestival

The property sits behind a waffle house so it has to see it from the street. The check-in process was very easy and quick.

The property was good overall. The pool wasn't the best, however everything else was fine.
The women at the front desk was horrible, however it appears that her customer service was unsatisfactory to other customers as she was fired two days into our stay.
Dwayne (maintenance) & Bryon (housekeeping) were outstanding!! The security guard and front desk manager were also nice and helpful when looking for local attractions. Overall, a good stay!
