Refund couldn't make it due to storm

Weed left in room Kids were climbing on my car no respect for other ppl vehicles Staff always outside smoking weed nobody was never in the office And cops always showing up looking for suspects They even had the whole hotel surrounded by cops cause of the ppl that were there

That they gave me a fast refund

The room was horrible it was dirty outside people was hanging out

Absolutely nothing!!!! Will not be staying again. Had I known what it looked like before hand I would not have booked and paid for

Everything. It is ran and looks like an apartment complex in one of the worst neighborhoods. Lobby is closed have to call the number and get a guy who does not know how to run the computer.

No towels, no TV, no bulbs in light fixtures, no trash can...very scary neighborhood and guests

The A/C was cold. The staff was friendly.

First of all, when we drove up we thought the place was abandoned. After waiting & calling the number, the friendly attendant let us into the office so we could check in. Once in the room we noticed it looked just as abandoned as the outside. The walls in the room were dirty with fingerprints and dirt that built up over time. The beds were made, but smelled dirty. The furniture, toilet, bathtub, etc. were worn and torn. Initially there was no warm water. After a call to the front desk, we had enough warm water for about half of a shower... which was shared with a roach. Originally there was no remote for the (glitching) TV either, but after a call to the front desk he promptly brought one to us. We wore sandals in the room, didn't sleep under the covers, & decided we felt more clean without showering. We would not recommend staying here. The facilities were clearly old and worn, but with proper care and attention this place could be a tolerable stay.

The fact that you need a gate code to get in but all the criminal activity is already inside the property

Was nothing like advertised on booking.com , the rooms are old an out dated, needs deep cleaning, paint an new floors, drugs being sold while staff does nothing about it, prostitution an drug use, property needs cleaning

Dirty! Bathroom not cleaned/dirty water not drained in tub/ dead bugs. Closet door broke so unusable. No WiFi. Had to find staff to check in. Top sheet had big stain at the top!

We reached saw the location and went to room and thats it we were not there for one second also immediately left the location.It was very awful and bad smelling place even person who was working there also agreed and said I’m sorry i know it is very bad. Sunrise dint charge us anything but booking.com did and they never refunded us amount back and now they are not even responding for our emails or calls. Never book from booking.com again ever

We had to wait around 15 min for anyone from reception to check in. Hotel is old and unfortunately not cleaned, all the furnitures are sticky, on first room we have found cigarette ash in bathroom and whole room smelled of cigarettes. After change the room, we have found a sock on the floor after previous guests and dead cockroach in a wardrobe, additionally hairdryer was destroyed and we had to wait for technician to replace it. I do not recommend this place at all, photos on booking shows clean rooms which does not exist I think.
