The views were gorgeous and having a fully functional kitchen was great, as was the big jetted tub. Unfortunately, not much else was great. The room didn't feel super clean - not dirty, but like they'd done the bare minimum - and there was trash from the last guest behind an end table by the bed. There were only three pillows and since I need three to sleep due to a back injury, that left my husband with none. The bedding was scratchy, as were the towels.

Nice Place, needs some updating. Our room was beach front. The room had two bathrooms which was nice. Overall a good place to stay.

The unit we were given looks nothing like the pictures. Furniture and Decor were dated. Tiles in places were torn up. It was clean. But not worth the money we paid. Balconies are right next to each other and can be climbed over. We voiced our concerns and were told the marketing company only took pictures of the units on the bottom floor that have been redone. Beach access is limited due to the hurricane but that was not an issue just needs to be told when booking.

We were disappointed to be put on the ground floor. It had a little patio that was nice and families might love that you could walk right out to the pool. We would have liked a better view of the ocean from upstairs. There is not enough parking and room needs updating. The staff was very good.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Location is great. View of ocean wonderful. This unit showed a little bit more wear and tear than the previous unit. We will probably stay here again.

Outside is a little dated but the rooms have been updated and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly, only down fall was we had to keep up with a separate key to get to the pool or beach entrance. Also would have been nice to have a pool bar. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Perfect view of the ocean and room was better then expected not knowing what a villa was. Front desk service was friendly and courteous. Safe place. Felt safe being there.

Place was great! enjoyed it. If I had something bad to say, the AC it works great but a central system would be so much better. But really not a deal killer, would stay again.

Great stay. For the price, it was an amazing deal! Hot tub was one of our favorite things. Full kitchen, oceanfront view, two bathrooms, it was amazing.
The only “downsides” if there are any, is that the decor is definitely outdated and the tv was not a smart tv. We were hoping for Netflix, but it wasn’t a make or break.

Extremely dirty, I maintained, very over priced, broken doors to the balcony, and the other door was broken as well. Bathroom smelled like a dead person.

This place is very nice and clean. Very convenient location, nice pool and jacuzzi. Amazing view. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was in decent shape but could use some touch up. Only real issue is the pillows. Bring your own if you can as they are small and not very comfortable. Pool area was kept extremely well and is large and heated. For the price we had a king bed with sleeper sofa and full kitchen. Was a great deal! Employees extremely pleasant and had some kids get in from the beach that they promptly asked to leave.

Loved that it was oceanfront and we were on the ground level so had a larger patio area than the balconies. Watching sun rise each morning was a big plus! Staff was wonderful but our unit was old and dated. I had read about mildew smells so carried Febreze air freshner and used it daily. Seemed to have been coming directly from air unit which concerned me. Villa kitchen area was very small---didn't even have a pull out drawer. But appliances were relatively new and very clean. I did not use dishes or flatware. Hotel was quiet and pleasant otherwise, although we were there in February and during CIVID, so not sure what its like at other times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but not sure I would stay again.

The view was beautiful however a little acquired on the balance with no privacy from neighbors. the heated pool was large and very enjoyable. We wish the waterfalls were working and hot tub because it would have made it even better. Overall a very nice stay.

Was not bad. The view is wonderful because all rooms are oceanfront. 2 bath and kitchen very nice.
But, according to their rules I had to take my own trash and leave the kitchen clean and dishes inside the dishwasher. So I paid full and also have to clean by myself. Its Not fair.

Walked into the room and the musty smell/ mold smell immediately irritated my throat. Immediately checked out and was told they were going to try and refund. Still have not heard anything. It has been 9 days.

Hotel needs a bit of an upgrade, on hallways and furniture. The room was very clean, equipped and great view.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. Having breakfast on the balcony looking at the beautiful ocean was priceless.

At the Harbour resort they are the home away from. They ocean views and pool views on a private balcony. They have jetted tubs for relaxation. They little kitchen and living room spaces. Its like having your apartment . The Villa was very clean. The only thing they should approve on is update the elevator decor and speed. Also an update is needed for the front lobby. However the villa had a lot of amenities.
