Staff was excellent, with quick check-in and even offered a welcome drink. Main hotel area could use some updating. Rooms were updated, but air conditioning did not work. Room was very warm, despite the unit being set to highest cooling level.

It is in a convenient location, close to the airport. The food was great as well. However, considering this is a 4-star hotel, the rooms, especially the bathrooms, were not cleaned properly. The bathroom in one of our rooms smelled like urine.

Movenpick is nice and quiet. Threre is no dropoff to the munich airport. Bus 692/698 to halbergamoos followed by S8. Taxi is also possible for 30 € . I liked the sauna at the hotel

Comfortable bed and clean room! Full time serving tea and coffee is really nice especially for business trip. Breakfast is good as well.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times, I love that it’s close to the airport and stay here the night before I leave to go to the airport. Staff is pleasant and helpful. This is the only hotel I will stay at near the airport in Munich!

We stayed in a Mövenpick in Amsterdam 2 years ago and enjoyed it. My memories of that facility were that it was a bit more upscale than this one, but this was good enough for one night. Nothing is included with a stay without a price, including breakfast (which we’re used to in the States). As far as the room goes, it was clean but there was only 1 pillow on each bed and they were decidedly worn and lumpy. As I mentioned, it was good enough and close to the airport, which was important to us. Would we stay here again? Probably not. I’d opt for something closer to the city to be able to enjoy more there.

If you want a clean location with friendly staff, a good breakfast and a solid dinner for an overnight stay, this is a solid airport choice, The taxi ride is a little far from th3 airport and one is a bit isolated so it is not the place at all for a Munich stay. however, it is just fine for nearby business or, in our case, an overnight airport stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and during the night it was unbelievably quiet…especially due to the proximity to a major airport. The room is definitely soundproof because when I opened the window, I was reminded where I was. Closed it - total silence. Also, the breakfast was really delicious…not just “good” but actually delicious! You will NOT find a breakfast that good for that price anywhere in the U.S. Finally, the check-out was a breeze, too…finished in roughly 30 seconds. It was very obvious that these people take great pride in what they’re offering. They have no desire to be remembered for anything short of excellence. One more thing…when you come to Germany, you are treated to courteous behavior. The German people don’t slam their room doors or hold loud conversations in the hallways at all hours. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, and I will stay again.
