Good hotel. Handicap room very limited in walking space. Too tight for a wheel chair

I didn’t like the fact breakfast was not included 😞

Perfect for a last minute one night stay.

Property was clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff was helpful and pleasant. There needs to be a towel rack by the sink which was outside of the bathroom; also a lid for the toilet so items don't fall in!

The staff was great. They are good at there jobs.

Close to the highway, easy to find and easy to get back on the highway the next day

Property was very clean, staff was really nice, we enjoyed the restaurant, and room.

Showed up to our room a complete mess. Bed half made, dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom, garbage in the trash can. No Kleenex and used shampoo in the shower. Unacceptable, all they said was sorry. No comp, no nothing. I will tell everyone I know to not stay at a Holiday Inn after this.

I hope can be provided for bath wash, It rains a lot. I hope there are some umbrellas for customers to use. When I used to stay in this hotel, it provided some very simple breakfast, such as bread and cup cake but now there is nothing.

The location was convenient for the business we had and the room was quiet and clean.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and quick to offer assistance.

Not bad

The accommodations were in clean and modern. We had hot water for all of us to shower and plenty of quiet rest in decent beds with comfortable beds. The staff was professional and knowledgeable and upbeat. Easy on/off from the highway. Food close by. We would stay here again for an over night visit or business trip.

Front desk was very nice in both phone coversatiosn and when we arrived late after a long drive. Our trip was short, so we did not have much opportunity to try any of the amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is convenient.

Didn't like tbe handicap room that given to us

Was very quiet and the staff was very friendly. The size of suite i got for the price i paid will definitely make me come back

Usual off beat hotel, the grill is good but understaffed

The A/C system made thudding nosies every hour. The air flow would blow every few hours directly onto the bed, blasting face and hair-slept with a hoddie on.

The only surprise is 100 deposit

It was very unpleasant due to the people that we had staying underneath us a 4-year-old child couldn't be a 4-year-old child and an 8-year-old couldn't be an 8-year-old without getting complained alls we did was walk around had grumpy people there to convenience people like us that have children at this age especially grandparents and they disabled grandmother maybe you should think about putting them on the lowest level of floor that you may have from the first floor maybe to the second due to how your hotel might be set up but having to get calls from the front office because my grandchildren were simply walking around in your surrounding motel room and happen multiple times with the customer going downstairs complaining after a phone calls into our room if you look at how much money that we spent for one night just to hang out there with our family it was worth it on the end of your motel being very clean staff was awesome but it's accommodate people like us say I think it would be easier to have children under the age of 12 on the lowest levels to accommodate as we were told and elderly couple that was below us that kept banging on the floor and we were trying to be calm and quiet we went swimming for hours to even help try to quiet down gentlemen still had a problem and an issue with my 4-year-old granddaughter Yes I'm going to repeat that a 4-year-old thank you sincerely Mitch

I will stay here again when I come to Salem. Very handy to be on the airport shuttle route. Friendly staff.

Great room. Initial check in person acted put off that we were there. Not overly friendly but everything else was good.

It was one of the best stays at a hotel that I’ve had. The $20 I paid for breakfast was misleading. When I checked in the hostess said my “complimentary breakfast”. I said no I paid $20 extra for that. Other than that the stay was good.

Very nice service at check in and allowed in early. Easy parking.

Awesome hotel and staff but why no hot tub??
