Rooms were clean, everything worked, staff was very pleasant and close to attractions.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly. The bed/sheets/bathroom/surfaces were all VERY clean but don't look too closely at the hotel phone/vents of the AC (although it worked extremely well). Overall wear and tear but the price was perfect to have a place to sleep before hitting Cedar Point.

The room was clean, check in and out was easy and smooth. Parking was tight but we figured it out. It was busy with kids running around and some random man letting his daughter knock on our door. We never felt unsafe tho, just a little flustered. Other than that no real complaints. Breakfast was nice but simple ( bagels, yogurt, cereal, coffee,juice) overall I'd stay again.

When I enter the room the floor was dirty the remote was missing the backing and they stated that they just remodeled the bed was so uncomfortable I stayed up all night and itch horrible

The key card didn’t work at first. It was resolved. The bathroom was small and a tight fit. Overall the place was clean, tidy and I felt safe.

For the money, can't beat it. We just needed a place to sleep, checked in at 11 pm and left when we woke up.

Stayed the night for our trip to cedar point . Rooms were clean and cozy and price was reasonable considering other options in same area . Kids loved the pool and the fact it stayed open till 11pm . Would use again . All the staff were very friendly as well .

The room was was dirty and the tub wouldn't drain. The hotel looks like the type of place you rent a room by the hour! The staff was friendly.

We stayed here in June and had a great stay. This time it was far from what we had previously experienced. We were in a room that was essentially in an alley allowing no sunlight into our room and our air conditioner was leaking so much that there was a constant river of water we had to avoid any time we came and went. It just felt strange being hidden in a dark and wet hallway away from everyone else. We noticed that they have a few rooms used for the hotel that are in great locations and kept wondering why they would have what I assume are storage/staff facilities in locations that would better suit a paying customer. We decided to not let it ruin the trip, no big, but when we got into our room the amount of bugs and specifically spiders was wild. We spent the majority of our stay killing bugs that seemed to appear out of nowhere until we realized that the front door didn't actually close all the way and since we were in a dark hallway the bright light required just invited a ridiculous amount of bugs into our room. We even had to go buy a fly swatter just to keep up. The floors were so dirty that our socks are stained and ruined, the bathroom door was so damaged that it wouldn't close all the way either. I'm so disappointed because my fiancé and I are really good about overlooking a lot. I know I'm not booking a 5 star hotel but I do expect my front door to close, the floor to be at least mostly clean and to not have to feel like I'm camping due to the amount of bugs.

We checked in after a long day. Our room had a stale smoke smell to it. There were not cover plates on the outlets. Random holes in the walls from other furniture being there but not filled or repaired.

The maid service was great. We had fresh towels every day which I can’t say about most places. The evening cookies were delicious.

Very close to cedar point. Very good value.

The ladies at the breakfast were amazing so friendly and nice they should get raises and the front desk were nice too the rooms are clean a little dated but comfortable we will come back next year very close to the park

this qas my first trip as a single dad in ober 8 years. i was trying to save money and have fun with my kids. the toom, amd the staff could NOT have been better . i trally could go in and on all day about how great everythong was esp theoom itself amd thebowoe. fan TASTIC!!
