It is a highly recommended hotel that has easy access to the nature park and the central station for train/tram/bus. The after noon high tea is worth trying, though the portion is considerably huge for tea break

Large hotel with good sports facilities. In s park so I could leave my window open. Only minor negative is that service at dinner was slow and inattentive. Very good service at breakfast though. Handy being not far from train station.

Splendid Hotel located in an outstanding park setting. Reception and hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Amazingly furnished comfortable room overlooking lake & fountains. Restaurant first class evening meals @ plentiful breakfast. Just the best place for a relaxing stay. A truly 5 star treat

Booked 2 rooms with lake view but upon late night arrival (due to lost airline luggage) they were on different floors (which didn’t work for us given kids…)… got reassigned to basement / ground floor level with no view except for large bushes in front of window… Room appeared clean but discovered 3 spiders (1cm and larger) in the first night. Since we had nothing with us (lost luggage by airline) the first night, I would have also expected a bit more than barely getting 4 tooth brushes (no hair-brushes or anything else was available).
The surrounding area is beautiful, but for being a ‘luxury’ hotel, I expect better service / amenities / accommodations. - Clearly this Hotel was great in the 80s and 90s… but it’s on it’s way to become a ‘Fat Elvis’ nowadays… Staff was friendly throughout though and overall the visit was fine - but I won’t repeat it.

This is a 5 star hotel in every respect. It is positively palatial, set in acres of beautiful patkland with a lake at the front. A beautiful reception area leads to bars, and a dining room with the breakfast rooms beyond. The breakfast area is sensational with high ceilings and chandeliers. The service provided is exceptional, standards high, and the staff deserve great praise for their attentiveness. Breakfast is a superb experience with a great variety of high-quality food. We were upgraded to a huge room with massive bed, seating area and good-sized bathroom overlooking the lake. The hotel is about a kilometer from the main station with bus and tram links at the bottom of the long hotel drive. I simply can't praise this hotel enough and would highly recommend to anyone.

Our room features a balcony that offers a charming view of the park's fountain, especially enchanting in the evening.
The hotel provides excellent beds and a variety of amenities. The staff exhibit professionalism, proactivity, and enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
However, a minor issue arises with one of the washbasins having inadequate water drainage. I am confident that the hotel will promptly address and resolve this concern.

This hotel is amazing! Everything you expect from a 5- star hotel and more! Beautiful property, great breakfast, super comfortable mattress, feather pillows and blankets. Amazing sauna and swimming pool. Outstanding service!

A two-night stop on a vacation trip of several weeks. Spacious hotel and common areas such as stairs, corridors, parking areas, elevators, restaurants, bars, lobby, etc. Friendly and fast and multilingual staff at the reception.

Overall great stay. Staff were so friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Rooms were so comfortable. Location was perfect!
Would have been 5 stars across the board but there was a bit of maintenance needed for things that weren’t working.

Family room was not ready and after complaining to the manager the issue was not solved.
After we came back from dinner we were provided with a new room that suited the family.

Very relaxing hotel, right in the park, but be aware that it is not really near any other restaurants or activities. There is a fine-dining restaurant (lovely, genteel, a little old-fashioned so if you are in your 20s or 30s it might not be quite your thing!).

Big and comfortable room with a lovely bed. Restaurant was a joke. Food OK, service a catastrophe. Unbelievably bad for a hotel with this standard. Our waiter (turned out to be a trainee) did his best, but he was thrown under the bus by the kitchen and his more experienced colleagues. (Where were they?!)

The hotel was beautiful particularly the foyer and the orangery where we had breakfast. They had also decorated beautifully for Christmas. Only disappointments was that the room was smaller than we expected for the price we had paid. We had a lake view room. The fried breakfast buffet was also cold but the continental breakfast was very nice. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, nice big rooms and clean, fantastic view, the staff was so helpfull and the breakfast was a feast unlike any other, the different parts of the hotel was kept nice and clean, the pool and spa was so lovely.
Close to city center and easy parking.
the city it self is a meh-meh, not so much to see in the center, but grab a Beck's and just wander around, especially the Schnoor district is a cozy little go-away-spot.
The food in Bremen, was fine - but we were never blown away, like in Lades Kuhlgrill in Hamburg - but it was still a great trip.

Nice location in the park, some rooms very small, other larger for the same price. Wellness quite small. Very nice and friendly staff at the reception.

This place has lost its appeal. Quite dated and service was ok but too few personnel and lacking the professionalism you could expect of a five star place. Very long wait for room service and food in the restaurant was not good. Breakfast buffet was good and so were the beds and bathrooms albeit dated room interiors. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, but these facilities also lacked attention. All in all not what you would expect for the price.

Parkhotel in Bremen is a beautiful 5 star hotel. But the staff really need to up their game if they want to be a good hotel. You can’t get a meal or something to drink without waiting way too long. I simply can’t understand that they can’t even serve cold water. A little lounge Music outdoors in the evening could also do wonders. They really need to do something about their overall service.
