Our only complaint was that you could hear everything going on in adjoining rooms very clearly. Sounded like they were in actually in our room taking a shower, talking, slamming doors. Didn't sleep well due to noise through out the night. Need sound proofing in walls. Otherwise was a clean, comfortable room and good breakfast.

Great budget friendly place to stay. I will be visiting my son in Long Beach often and this will be my new favorite place to stay when I do. The only negative thing I can say about it was the air conditioner was very noisy when it was on. Overall a great place to stay.

Stayed one night during a road trip, staff was very kind and helpful but the conditions in our room weren’t the best regarding cleanliness, I used lots of Lysol wipes. 😕

Absolutely horrible experience!!! Rooms were not ready at check in. Wait for check in was an hour long! Light switches covers fell off, air conditioning buttons were broke.. definitely not worth the the amount of money charged.

I was disappointed that this hotel seemed to be a rennovated old motel not a hotel. Very noisy a/c unit that did not work well. Had to walk thru parking lot to get to bteakfast.

Very peaceful it was a great location everything is close by you can even walk for a pizza right next to the hotel. I was surprised they serve breakfast there was a variety you can choose. I will definitely return.

The beds are horrible. If you have a bad back this is not the place for you. Also our bed made noise when getting out of bed sounding like a dumpster lid slamming.

The room had all new furniture, but was really DIRTY. Dirty floors with somebody's hair left here and there. Dirty bathroom, very bad shampoo and conditioner. AC very loud and impossible to setup to my liking

Corporate should visit this property. I stayed at Quality in Montebello for two weeks. I wrote a letter praising the hotel and staff.
The condition of the property is in disrepair.
The walkway coating is peeling and chipping. Garbage on the ground is left unaddressed for hours. The breakfast is not acceptable. They serve white bread only. No bagels. No hard boiled eggs. The scrambled eggs are extremely salty. They only serve sausage. They put out a few yogurts. The muffins are tiny and the same flavor. The tea water is Luke warm not hot. Maintenance hoses the second floor without concern for cars below. My car was wet from the spray. It’s obvious that personal doesn’t care.

DONT stay here. We had blood on our walls, a broken lamp, hair that wasn’t ours, black sticky stuff on the floor and the hair dryer! Disgusting! Also police were at the MOTEL often!

Big e Pizza was right next door it was very good we had pizza one day and spaghetti another day it was very good and there's a donut shop across the street that had good donuts the breakfast was excellent at the Inn after you fill up with breakfast you don't need lunch they had scrambled eggs sausage links cereal oatmeal yogurt toast it was very good

Stayed here before a cruise. They offer a shuttle to the cruise terminal, we paid $30 total for a family of 6. They gave us a late checkout. This hotel is also only about 10 minutes away from Shoreline. The staff were friendly, I was surprised how enjoyable this stay was!
