Very nice hotel! Very clean and the bed was comfortable as well. Nice hot breakfast and an excellent Mexican restaurant next-door within walking distance! We had our fifth wheel RV with us and they had a place to park it.

Nice property for traveling. Room was nice and clean and quiet. Service was courteous and friendly.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were ok when the food was out there. They weren’t real fast at restocking items if they restocked them at all. However they served the same hot food menu every day. The staff was not overly friendly. The room didn’t have any baseboards and that was quite gross.

Good budget motel, the checkin process was a little frustrating as they would only allow me to check into one of the two rooms I reserved. They required another traveler to check into the second one. Breakfast was good and rooms were fairly clean.

Our overhead light did not work in our room. The room was very dirty and there was a questionable substance on the wall. The room did not smell clean or look clean at all. Did not end up even staying the night at this hotel.

The only issue we had with the hotel was the beds. They are horrible. Cut my leg on the frame. Tossed and turned every night because the mattress is horrible. Other than that our stay was great.

Good location. Near to Louisville and much cheaper to stay at than hotels in Louisville. Good restaurants within a five minute drive.

Breakfast was better with real scrambled eggs. Didn’t like the Roku TV. I like to get network TV and local news and weather.

Dog friendly which is what I was looking for. I saw that they had laundry machines available which is nice if you are in need of that.

The room we stayed in had a stench. Normally we would request the hotel to change it, but we were very tired and decided to not pursue it.

Location was good walking distance to restaurants and shopping
Air conditioning filter never changed we had to clip Clorox wipes to the vent so we could stand the smell

The price was extremely too high for the room. This hotel should be around $30 a night, tax included. As I was unlocking the door, there was THE FATEST ROACH I've seen in a long time. After seeing that I couldn't get comfortable and was inching the rest of the night. Then, the smoke alarm kept going off due to old batteries. I had to statch the damn thing out of the ceiling due to the beeping at 3am, waking me up after I finally got half way comfortable from being greeted by the world's largest roach. We're not going to get started on the napkin sheets and more. I just don't think me and best Western are compatible at all, we don't vibe well together AT ALL! EWWWW!

We like rooms that open to the parking area. This one did.

The room was clean for the most part, it seemed the linens in the room however were all just damp. Not sure if they were just pulled from the dryer too soon or what but it was a bit off-putting and made for an uncomfortable sleep when we finally stopped to sleep a couple hours just passing through at almost 3am.
The night shift front desk lady that was there on July 22-23 in the wee hours was absolutely fabulous though. Keep her if you can!
There were stains on the extra blanket we asked for.
While the front desk lady was exceptional, there was one cleaning lady in the morning that was pretty rude, but the rest were very nice!
All in all for a quick, cheap place to sleep while passing through, booked while we were driving in, pulled in about 2:50 AM, it served its purpose and was a better option than some of the other quick stop options.

I like the convenience of parking outside my room. The re-freshing of the property is looking good. The egg omelettes are a little creepy, but the rest of the complimentary breakfast is good.

The bathroom was dirty. Used bar of soap in shower. And hair everywhere. I was charged twice. And was also charged a 150.00 deposit on a one night stay. I was never told about a deposit, or that it would be charged to my account.

Tv had no sound until I did a hard reset. The casting function on the tv didn't work. The wifi didn't work. I requested additional wash cloths and the staff advised I needed to pick them up. The door to the ice machine didn't work.

Lots of dining options nearby. Property is clean and well maintained even though the room is a bit dark and dated. Park right in front of your door. Would stay there again if in the area.

I’ve stayed at this motel numerous times previously and likely will again as I’m hoping this stay was an aberration, but it was decidedly sun-par. The room reeked of marijuana. The next morning I discovered two wet, dirty towels hanging on the backside of the bathroom door. Perhaps worst of all, the air conditioner pumped so much humidity into the room that it made the bedding damp. We thought it was just from the room being closed up before us so we left it running all day while we were out. Big mistake. It was late when we got back and didn’t want to mess with moving rooms when we were leaving early the next morning so we just dealt with it. Was awful though.

My room had a fridge that didn`t work, the fan in the bathroom was very noisy,my room was at the back of the property, long walk to the lobby for breakfast, breakfast was good except for no ceamer for coffee, the guest computer printer was out of ink I had to send email to the desk to print my docs for my business trip. The location was good for my purpose.
