Quiet location especially at night. Appreciated having a little outdoor space to enjoy sunrise/sunset. Also enjoyed the park across the street which has a playground and tennis courts as well as a short desert hike complete with Bighorned sheep! Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall great value!

Check in was good and the employees were friendly. Our room was at the back and dark. Didn't feel as safe as I would have liked. The bed was uncomfortable. Probably would pick a different property next time.

Wonderful place. Check in easy and got good information on where to eat and questions answered. Spacious room with great view.

Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Bathroom door opened inward but only halfway - needs to be replaced with outward opening door. Bathtub had no shower wand no safety grab bar. Coffee maker, fridge, and microwave were welcome amenities. Lovely lale view (in some rooms) and very convenient location for Vegas and Hoover Dam. A park down the street had bighorn sheep and quail in the morning. Breakfast was pre-packaged pastries, fruit, tea/coffee, and instant oatmeal.

Just a quick overnight before a visit in the area. It was a clean and quiet place to stay, reasonable price, great value.

Nice, clean motel near Lake Mead/Hoover Dam and downtown Boulder City. The only two drawbacks were a loud AC unit, and a less than acceptable "free breakfast". The owners could increase the satisfaction of their breakfast offering by partnering with a local bakery and providing something other than packaged muffins and Twinkies.

Great room but very hot. Would have been nice to have had the AC turned on before arriving. It was around 34C inside the room. Took about all night too cool down. They provided a big fan to help but other than that, very good, clean and enjoyable

Was surprisingly large, and clean.

Good hotel, nice view of the lake. Staff were very friendly. The only downside was the limited breakfast options.

The a/c was very loud upstairs someone was always walking and banging towels were worn down

The room was clean and the bathroom has been redone. The workers at the desk were very friendly. They even had coffee and pastries for the morning. Only issue was the air conditioner was so loud we didn't get a good night sleep with it kicking on and off.

Good beds, nice view, much space. Unfortunately the balcony is not usable because the AC of next room is blowing warm air all over the balcony.

Decent place

I really enjoyed this stay. The only issue is 3rd floor rooms, no elevator. The room was large and IMMACULATE.

Arrived at 10:30pm, no employee on duty but sent text with info to lockbox with room keys. Room was nice, except AC off and room very hot. AC unable to cool room down, showed “check filter” light. Manager did apologize for the oversight and refunded our money the following day.

I have stayed at this location during a very difficult time when my mom was passing and I am grateful for the quiet out of the way rooms.

This place was clean and comfortable, would have given a 5 star except they never changed the sheet's during our 5 night stay.

Nice place for our one night stay. Very spacious room, with nice balcony. Could stand to get new pillows and towels….pillows were lumpy and towels were pretty thin and worn.

convenient to downtown BC, the dam, the lake, the parks. great room with fridge and numerous movie channels. landscaping and pool could use a bit more attention but overall a good experience.

The swimming pool was very nice. They have a Jacuzzi too!

Had a fairly decent time here, given that this was one of the few Las Vegas area hotels not booked up on a Friday and not charging an exorbitant amount. Rooms were clean, location felt safe, and we didn't hear our neighbors at all. Convenient location if you want to get to Vegas or Hoover Dam. Only complaint is that AC took almost the entire night to actually cool down the room, it might be a bit old.

This place is great for the lake occasions quick and easy stay loved it will return

This was our third time staying at this darling little gem of a place we found. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are great, beds are comfortably, love the 55" TV , and the kurig coffee maker, fridge, and microwave have always been clean and working. One slight problem this time with the microwave was the cord from the unit itself to the wall socket was not long enough. I made a call to the office and they brought up a new surge cord within 10 minutes. Apparently the hot tubs temperature dial hasn't been working since our first time there, which was June. However because its so hot naturally at this time of year, it was a perfect temperature and the bubbles still worked. The pool was very comfortable temperature wise also, in the evening. I would like to make a suggestion, which is to keep the pool and hot tub opened longer at night. They lock it up at 9 p.m. which is way to early. The little breakfast they offer is just okay. It serves its purpose. Until we get back to Vegas permanently, that will be our home when we have our business to attend to.

Clean room, excellent size, all furniture and accessories in excellent condition. Well maintained property and breakfast with fruit was a plus. It's an excellent option outside of Las Vegas if you're looking for a calm, peaceful place with a swimming pool available.
