It was a good experience. Hampton Inn didn't disappoint us. We were happy with our stay with them. We will choose Hampton Inn in future trips.

Amazing - my first time in a Hampton Inn and I was so impressed ith everiything. Furnishings looked new, air conditioning and heater were spot on, exceptionally clean room and facilities. swas unbelievable - everything from fresh waffles and pancakes, yogurt, bagels, fritattas, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, etc. I ususally stay in very high end hotels and will gladly stay at the Hampton Inn in the future..

It was a nice stay. Housekeeping was good with staff checking in to see if anything was needed. Friendly staff, quiet location, close to shopping and restaurants in Moscow.

We always enjoy our stays at Hampton Inns, but the Hampton Inn Pullman was a step above. The property was beautiful and our room felt fresh and clean. My son made a comment about feeling underdressed to be there.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
I think our favorite part was the different outdoor eating areas and the beautiful hibiscus flowers. We sat out by the gas fire olace one night. It was very relaxing.
We look forward to our next stay in a couple minths!

Very nice, clean hotel. Shayla, at the front desk, provided a warm and friendly welcome. The room was spacious and had a couch to relax on. Comfortable bed and a large, well lit, bathroom. Very reasonably priced.

Wonderful location if you are visiting WSU. Staff is hospitable. Love the self serve market downstairs. Reasonable prices. A few good food options in walking distance. My only complaint is the egregious prices charged for college move in- parents weekend, etc. We stayed during “normal time” at a reasonable rate. Move in and parents weekend prices are 5x inflated.

Facility was very accommodating to our needs. Food choices for breakfast were great, except no gluten free items were available like bread. Clean, beds were comfortable, and the building seems to be well cared for.

I have been regular at the hotel even when it was Holiday Inn. The rooms are renovated and beds are very comfortable. The only problem is that their breakfast is limited and doesn’t have vegetarian or non pork eaters.

They didn't put us in the room we booked. We booked 2 queen beds with sleeper sofa and they put is in a room with only 2 queen beds. We intentionally booked a room with 3 beds. That was disappointing but they did make it right by changing us to a king suite with rollaway bed.

I’ve stayed here a few times and every time has been a fantastic experience. The location is perfect to access WSU, trails for walking, running and cycling and anything you need in town. The gym is perfect to get a solid workout in as well.

Having stayed in other hotels in town before, Hampton Inn proved to be a far better experience for my 2 night stay. The room, bed, and amenities exceeded my expectations and the breakfast options were delicious. The late night experience with fresh, warm cookies was an added bonus! Will definitely stay here again.
