Unfortunately it was not a good hotel. Shelves in bathroom broken. Some outlets in room did not work. The room smelled real bad. The window was covered with some sort of dirt or muck that you couldn’t see through. The manager at checkin was awesome, but the hotel is seriously run down. I cannot return.

As expected for a Quality Inn. Nothing special and nothing terrible. Room was comfortable. Walls let much noise through from hall and outside

Don’t pay attention to the details when cleaning rooms. Chunky dirt all around. Beds were very uncomfortable.

We had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to come to the front desk. When a person returned to the desk she took care a person who was already checked in. This customer was complaining because her room was not cleaned from the previous guest. Another guest came to the desk while I was checking in saying there weee other guests in the room he was given. This was all before I even got to my room. When we for to our room it was very musty and smoky smelling. The carpet was shredded and very worn. The room itself was very dated. went down to ask for another room. Which was given to us. When we got to our second room there were belonging from another customer. I went to The desk again and finally got a room that was barely adequate. Again, the room was very dated and worn. However this room did not smell as bad as the first room. Some of the towels were stained and grey. The bed spreads had some stains on them as well. After check in we made our way to the pool/hot tub. The pool was small which wasn’t a big deal but the hot tub water was grey looking so we didn’t even bother trying it out. I didn’t want to go and complain. I just wanted to get out as soon as we could.

As we entered the room it had a very musty odor which made us wonder how clean it was. No plans of staying there again.

To sum up my experience - the hotel is what you pay for. It was a place to sleep and wash up. The place has meek accomodations for handicap people. No elevator, just carpeted stairs. Breakfast food was okay as well nothing to jump and down for in the morning. Customer service was excellent for me and my family, I will say most of the staff there were friendly and did their best to be accommodating. I could not complain about much for what I paid for. I would stay again.

I was upset because the AC didn't work so we had to keep window open for cool air. Our tv didn't work. Had usb hanging out but couldn't find where it was suppose to be plugged in. Though this made for an uncomfortable stay the staff was very friendly.

Simple hotel not far from airport. Staff was not very welcoming but did an adequate job. The room offered what we needed. Beds were comfortable but pillows were so soft. The walls are a bit thin so we could hear everyone coming and going above and around. Nice breakfast in the morning .

The breakfast was much better than I expected compared to the usual Hotel breakfast.

First room didn’t lock… Second room the AC didn’t work, the bathroom fan didn’t work for three days then it started squealing in the middle of the night, the TV reset daily so you had to reprogram it, although reprogramming it was more fun than listening to the people behind the building half the night drinking and smoking thru the night. I’m very pleased to say I’m glad I didn’t bother to complain since apparently the manager is complacent with current conditions and the maintenance man looks like he needs a raise, teeth, or a replacement that can fix things. That said I didn’t bother swimming for fear of Ick in the pool. I work across the nation and honestly I would be happy to recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

Good stay for business trip.

The room sink hot water was barely a trickle. One of the night stand’s power outlets failed in the middle of the night causing my CPAP to stop. Using my own extension cord, I was able to make a work around. I discussed the problems with the manager and agreed she could wait until I checked out.

Wonderful staff. She noticed I had a bit of a cough and offered me water. Property is a little dated and worn in but never felt gross or dirty. Would stay again!

Friendly, professional, accommodating. Breakfast room opened early so I was able to eat before leaving at 5:30 a.m. Not just coffee available all the time, but also juice machine and cappuccino machine available. Due to MY error, the booking dates thru third party were wrong and Quality Inn staff worked with me to fix things. Quiet and comfortable. Could NOT ask for better.

BED BUGS!!! We had room 126 and there were a bunch of bugs and the room was filthy. They told us to email the manager but the email was returned. We left and went to another hotel.

Great place to stay

Chunks of carpet missing in room , mold on soap tray above bathtub,mold corner of bathtub on grout and tile neat toilet,,breakfast yesterday biscuits and gravy , biscuit were so hard you could not cut thru them without breaking that cheap ass plastic cutlery.,this place appeared to be a zero maintenance facility......

It was a decently clean place.

The friendliness of the staff

Half empty bottle of something under the bed. Broken sun glasses and a lot of dust and dirt on floor around and under the beds. Sheets were clean and no bugs that we can tell so that’s a positive I guess

Right on the main road coming in to town with many nearby restaurants and shops.
