We arrived around 6:00 PM and since traveling in a van with two other couples parking is a must! We found a parking facility very close to the hotel! Check in was quick! Our rooms were excellent with a beautiful view of the city!! The internet was slow!

Very old and outdated property but the location is the most excellent. Walkable to shops and restaurants and scenic vistas. Well worth it.

Interesting hotel decor of the heavy traditional Spanish style. Looks dated. Don’t accept room 101. It should be a storeroom for the hotel staff. The most depressing room I have stayed in apart from a place on Ilford, Essex.

My dad and I stayed in the Classic Room (Exterior View) two double beds. ✅Balcony: beautiful view of the cathedral and mosque. Birds in the morning and clear skies at night. Can't miss it! ✅Affordable: our stay was $88 euros. More affordable than many places. ✅Cleanliness: mostly clean. Some things were dusty, but we didn't care once we enjoyed the view. ✅Staff: excellent staff, and helped us get a quick cab. Thankful!

The air conditioning for the room and hotel was not working for two nights. The room was hot. Staff was not able to do very much.

When I checked in the person said no air conditioning I asked to change hotels and he said not possible, then my room was full of mosquitos the moment I opened the window. Finally at 2 am the night lady changed my room and I slept with things shut. I had mosquito bites all over me. You should allow me to change the hotel in these conditions. Or inform customers of a mosquito issue.

This is our favorite hotel in Toledo. Right across from Alcazar. Super charming. Excellent service. Wonderful breakfast. Super location!

Nice hotel but AC didn't work first night and part of the 2nd. Floors seemed dirty and soap pump dispensers didn't work. Front desk person in the mornings was a little indifferent, but I find that common in Spain with service personnel!

Ok, hotel but quite noisy in the hallway and you can hear everything through the doors.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sercotel Alfonso VI for two nights. The check-in was easy. We loved the size of the room, the linens, and nice view of the city. The location is in the center of town across the street from the Alcazar and one block from the main plaza. Our room was very large with a separate bath with toilet, 2 sinks, and combined tub and shower. The combined tub and shower was not very useful in our view. You had to go up 3 steps to the edge of the circular tub and the tub was very large and naturally slippery. The shower head was located 6 feet above the center of the tub and was awkward to use due to the slippery tub surface. The breakfast room had an elaborate medieval court style and the breakfast choices were standard continental fare. They had a fresh squeezed orange juice machine which I liked. You have to use a machine for coffee and the portions are small, so you need to return several times if you want several cups. I think this is probably one of the better hotels in Toledo, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Best location. Walk to tours, shopping, and restaurants. So convenient to everything. Exceptionally clean. Beautiful room with beautiful view.

This hotel is at the top of the hill where the Alcazar is located. Our room was at the back, with a balcony and delightful view. That said, it is a hill to descend to the Plaza Zocodovar and the sites and shopping area. We found it worth it, but those with difficulty walking may want to consider carefully. The entire old town is extremely hilly, so it was not limited to this hotel’s location.

Nice hotel, large spacious room that was well decorated. Padded walls was a nice touch. Would stay again.

The hotel personnel, breakfast and location was great! The not so great part of the stay was the non functioning a/c which would’ve been greatly appreciated after walking all over Toledo.

Location excellent. Rooms clean although no expected extras ie paper, pen, free bottled water, local tourist information etc. Our Superior room ,on 5th floor, offered amazing views from the balcony. The bedroom walls are paper thin and noisy. Breakfast is basic and needs improving. Room service menu is limited and of questionable quality.
