When we got there the lobby was full of employees that where off working just hanging around. The room they gave us at first was not clean or ready yet, there was trash all over the parking lot, the exterior need to be fixed and painted with more lighting and signs saying NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INCLUDING SMOKING WEED there are children of vacation also and does not need to be exposed to such disgrace. The rooms where dirty, had to kill two spiders upon entry, dirt in the corners of the room, the shower curtain was a mess, dirty toilette, door lock was broken off had to put a chair under the door just to feel a little eased, mold or something on the ceiling, the shower head was rusting, light shades where stained and dirty, the comforter had black stains, floor was a messed with black marks, cobwebs and cracks on wall, air conditioning had cracks and pieces missing, the light was rusted and probably a fire hazard, and the bathroom tub was not safe felt like I was going to fall thru. I have taking pictures of the room as I am disgusted with this Hotel and will never stay at a red roof again very bad area and not safe.

Halls were dirty,room was ok

Clean, if spartan, hotel. Extrordimarily accommodating night clerk. Pleasant day staff. Hotel itself could use some updating and there was a lampshade missing next to the bed, bu the place was clean.

Nice room, but ac not the best and doors opening and closeing could be heard all night

Terrible smell. First room broken air conditioner. Second room broken bed. Stain on bed linen. Noisy air conditioner. Worst experience ever.

The room was run down. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and the gap under the door was larger than normal. Didn’t feel comfortable walking the room in bare feet.

Older property looking a little worn outside. Bed and bath were very nice.

Didn't have big towels for taking shower, property is horrible looking, room was below par even for a cheap hotel. Guess likely living in the building, entrance has many potholes. Bags of trash left in hallway, outside of rooms.

Outdated has a motel feel and my first room smelled like a pack of cigarettes. Really can use a face lift

Good budget hotel. Don't fall for their stay two nights get a 3rd free promotion. It's a scam. But rooms were clean, little worn low crime area so safer feeling

My first room was covered in dog hair and the second the tv didn’t work

The floor was just not mopped.

Not the perfect hotel but pretty much what was expected. Decent value for the money.

Good place to crash for the night!

the area was very scary so I doubled dead bolted the door and kept my drapes closed tight. The employees were very nice and efficient and one of the staff named Michelle came to check on me. The room was clean and nice though.

Air conditioner worked and needed it on a hot weekend. Water was hot for my showers.

Unable to stay @ this hotel as our room had a major bug infestation 😳 young lady @ the front desk was very kind and pleasant though. Awaiting refund from Expedia. Had to drive home 3hours in the middle of the night.

Previous experience here made us double back when we needed a place to stay for a night. Thank you Rich for being very helpful, kind, & courteous to my wife & I. For the price it was worth the stay!!! Staff are very friendly!! Big love to the maintenance team too for keeping the rooms nice, organized, neat, & clean!!!! Also, management should give all staff a raise!!!!

If you are used to staying in clean well-maintained hotels, this place is not for you.

Roadway into property is under construction

Easy check in and check out. Had to call front desk, had no bath towels and only 1 pillow per bed. 3 and half hours later I talked to the manager and he took care of it right away! Uggg at being on second floor at the end, heared the outside door open and close all nite

The hallway smells like trash the room smells like cigarettes and has dirty spots on the walls the floor is dirty the room is in poor physical condition there was dirt on the beds

Reasonable rate. Comfortable

First room one of the beds was broken. When my daughter just set a small bag of clothes on it it flipped over. So was moved into the smaller room, even though I paid more for a second floor and the bigger room with a few extra amenities like a hair dryer. Had to go down to the office and ask for a hair dryer, first was given resistance then told they will bring one to the room in a hour. Over 6 hours later not there, back to the front desk and was told there should be one in my room. Explained again that they downgraded me without any refund either and after ten minutes of him searching finally got one. Shower and toiletries provided are garbage. Homeless people all around the property, both ice machines didn’t work. Dog barking all night in the room Nextdoor.

The room was small, but sufficient. The bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pets welcome for FREE. That's awesome. Will stay again.

Checked in but he had to go see if the bed was made first. Room was not clean, blood on a pillowcase, crumbs on floor between bed and night stand, something running down the door of the refrigerator. In general just not clean.
