Wifi isn't the best, but it's decent for the price.

No room service within 3 days (room, hall and lift). However, we’re informed that the cleaning is done twice a week: Tuesday and Thursday. We came in Thursday and shortened our stay on Sunday. Dog urine smelling in the hall way and lift. Dogs left alone in rooms. Air conditioning too noisy. Garbages baskets left in the hall and smelling

I live here basically, I can’t find a place and I been here six months. I appreciate the price and location as well as the guest services. I would definitely stay again because I need to. Yea I recommend for the traveler or anyone needed a good place to stay.

Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel .. Bugetel Inn gave me a room with a hole In the wall and ants in the bathroom. My husband had a spider crawling on his face within 30 minutes of us being in the room . There is no phone in the room , blood on the doors and walls , I was unable to get ahold of the front office because the number was disconnected. We were told there were no more rooms available. We came down the next day and talked to the manager however the manager was extremely rude and told us we can check out if we have a problem. Which was impossible due to the hotels policy. We weren’t given another room until the following day . Toilets barely work , lights flicker when turned on give it a little tap and it’ll stay . Overall if you’re planning to book here reconsider .. the cleaning staff were extremely rude as well , when I asked if the rooms were cleaned ..

It looks like it used to be a really nice place in the past, and now it’s a little past it’s price. For the price, it’s outstanding! They don’t seem to answer the phone or emails though.

Even after cleaning my room , there was still an odore .The carpets needs to be changed .Elevator smells terrible and a particular worker ,a bald headed guy is so disrespectful .No gym ,no swimming pool , cleaners come one in a week to clean a room that should be looked after everyday .

BUGS BUGS BUGS BUGS BUGSI don’t know where to start OMG this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been first time I’ve ever seen a bed bug in my life and I haven’t stopped itching since I had to check out the day before last because I was goin to be sick just because from the homelessness outside to the cats around the building to police patrolling to the nasty attitudes dirty sheets flooded floors broken elevators maze to find room and did I mention bugs ahhhhh were bitten so many times I’m not even sure if they make noise because when did the find the time the first days no problem last day a nightmare I am still having a problem just because I’m scared there are bugs still around trust me this probably the last room I will buy without reading the reviews or something cheap it is so not worth the aftermath no compensation was given no concerns were taking this place is filthy I pray they don’t take this down someone should really check do something about this place it’s a night mate it’s sooo much more I could add but if that doesn’t sum up enough you definitely should reconsider living conditions trust me this was supposed to be a get away n they ran me away alright please it’s not safe even the locks are broken because people weren’t leaving their rooms after time was up this is not ok for anyone please listen I hope I can save you your money and time if I could add the picture of the bed bug still alive I would omg I want to vomit just thinking about it scarred for life

Rude staff, dirty, drug addicts hanging out in parking lot and hallways, filthy carpets, trashy everywhere, broken appliances, and bad location.

The door didn't want to open, there were holes in the bathroom door, electrical cords running across the floor throughout. The bathroom light didn't work, there was a floor lamp placed between the sink and the toliet, with the cord running behind the sink faucet. The AC didnt get cool. The room was very dark. It was sold as a nonsmoking room and wreaked of cigarettes.

It was okay

I will never ever suggest this hotel to anyone. The drive up to the hotel and the hotel itself gave off bad vibes. One of the doors was propped open with a rock. The carpet had massive stains on them. There were also crumbs all over the floor. I have stayed at many hotels. I could not even make it to the room because I felt incredibly unsafe. I highly suggest you stay as far away from this hotel as possible.

We did not end up staying the night and the hotel refused to give me back my refund. There was blood finger print on the air conditioning unit and the sheets to the beds were dirty and stained and we also found bugs when the covers were pulled back. The the water in the bath room backs up in the sink and shower. Overall it was not a good experience. Got there after work showered and left right away to a concert. When we got back from the concert we checked the beds and that when we found the bugs in between the covers and all the stains on the sheets. It was very disgusting and disturbing.

Staff is the rudest and least helpful staff I’ve ever came across at any hotel I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at some pretty bad 1-star hotels in my days. The first night I booked there I paid in advance at 3pm and they booked my room out to another guest because I didn’t check in before 11pm. Then one day because I booked my room for the wrong day because Expedia for some reason everyday I would book the room would automatically set my check in date for a date two weeks ahead of that days date. So not realizing this I booked my stay on the wrong date and instead of informing about this or letting me know that I didn’t re-book my room again for that day they just went ahead and took all my stuff out of the room and checked me out while I was at work for me to come back later that day to find out my stuff had been taken out of the room and put in “storage”. So I changed my booking and fixed it to the correct date just for them to give me the same exact room and then tell me that they couldn’t give me my stuff back until the next morning and made me pay another $50 deposit. The last straw for me was the guy who works the morning called me screaming one day that I need to pay $110 trying to make me pay for an extra day I didn’t even stay there because I left some stuff in the room thinking I was gonna book again but didn’t do it in time. I was gonna book another room that night but after my experience and my arms covered in bed bug/ant bites I will never stay here again.

It looks like a haunted property. The entire place had some cigar smell the curtains were torn, the entire part was dirty. The shower was clogged, so it was okay for us to stay for a night with family. The tables were dirty looks like someone had a party just before us.

The property needs a lot of repairs; i.e., electrical needs replacing, pipes need to be replaced. Also, there was entirely too much commotion going on outside my room in the middle of the night. I noticed it after waking up and going to the bathroom around 2:30am or after. This shouldn't be allowed when others are trying to sleep.
