Just a a cute little place and amazing staff!

Convenient to mall and restaurants!! Loved seeing the families with kids enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub! Only recommendation would be for an elevator as carrying luggage up a short flight of stairs could be difficult for some people!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the free breakfast, infused water and coffee/tea were great! However, the smell of pool chlorine was overwhelming, and when I walked into the hallway my first morning, there was a very strong, and extremely bad odor. I reported it to the front desk and they promptly set up an industrial size fan which blew the bad smell out. Overall, I thought I got my money’s worth and the staff was very friendly, but they need to work on the smells.

Check in staff and driver to the airport were very nice. Check in person did not speak English well. We asked for a roll away and I don’t think he understood. The room would probably have been to small anyway. We made due sharing and it worked out. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean

We had a good time at Revel Hotel. The check in was extremely quick. The hotel is nice in some areas. Others you can tell really need an update. The carpet in our room is lifting up and I did trip quite a bit.
My kid loved the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was very good and so much variety. The breakfast attendant was so friendly and he always made so everyone had what they needed.
We would definitely come back.

Had a large stain on our bed red in color thought maybe someone was killed in the room the night before we arrived. The smell in our room was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Was in the hot tub with our kids and staff came and kicked our kids out of the hot tub even though their policy says kids under 14 are allowed in with an adult. Felt like a personal attack. Some of the windows in the rooms don't open. One of the building exits was painted over and unusable and the fire escape maps were not updated. No ATM in building. We will probably not be back.

The hotel is dated and not accessibility friendly, but was generally clean and well kept. The hot tub was questionable and looked quite murky. We did use the pool and it was cleaner.

Booked a 2 queen bed room, they upgraded us to a single king without asking. Got there and the only room they could offer us was 2 doubles, not queens which we still payed for the queens. While they tried to figure a room for us, they told us to have a drink on the house, yet we still had to pay for our drinks. I ordered a bud light in can, and the beer was flat and gross. There was no one at the front desk when we needed help/service.

Room was quiet, bed comfortable but this hotel needs a complete remodel. Rooms, pool lobby dark and very rundown. Was for fine for a one night stay but wouldn’t spend $$$ on this place.

Amazing customer service by KID. I checked in at 3am, after flight cancellation.. he was so great and accommodating!!! This hotel has a very fun Vibe! Even in the middle of the night! Very clean and close to everything!!

Room 215, shower was on as soon as you turned on the water. Couldn’t have a bath and couldn’t turn shower head off as leaver stuck on.
Hair dryer only worked on low and cam on as soon as you plugged it in.
Room wasn’t serviced after 1st night,:staff didn’t mention room cleaning service only every second day when we checked in ( we had put our towels on the floor anticipating they would be replaced that day, had to ask for clean ones).

Booked 2 rooms for my family for 3 nights. After the first night, my mom left for the day with her suitcase and apparently the staff saw her do this and decided she was checking out. They called from an unknown number and never left a message, so she didn’t call back. A simple voicemail would’ve prevented this headache. The hotel was then full, so my family was split between 2 hotels but they only had one vehicle. Such a strange situation that has never happened to us before!

Was probably my worst hotel experience. Drove straight from NY to ND and our first night they left music playing on speakers outside our room. Then the next day they drained the pool and was down for two days, got this hotel for the pool so my kids and grandkid could visit and swim. Was very out dated. If you say on the toilet your face was almost touching the wall and shower was very small and shower door was hard to open and latch shut.

There was a fire in the hotel as we were trying to check-in. They continued shutting the alarm and said it wasn’t a fire. It, in fact was. We were unable to check in because the fire department had the hotel shut down for the actual fire. They refused to refund our money.

We loved the vibe of this hotel! Specifically, when we walked into this hotel, it immediately felt like we were on vacation! With a bar and seating overlooking a pool area, music playing, and ample artwork displayed, it all just gave a really fun feeling right from the moment we walked in. The room was clean but the staff didn't come and make up the room or fix the bed for our second night. They did, however, offer towels. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location. There was plenty of parking. I would stay again!

A literal fire started during our stay. An electrical fire started in a room. The staff shut off the fire alarm twice thinking it was a false alarm. A couple members of our party tried to use fire extinguishers to put out the fire and 3 different extinguishers were broken. The staff threw water on the electrical fire. Eventually the FD showed up and put it out. We asked for credit back for the night or credit for a future stay and was denied.

Checking in great. Rooms and place clean. Evening service of bar poor. Had to wait 15-20 mins for help. Rang bell on check.in desk, finally found a card with cell number to call and able to get service. Beer prices are allitle to high .

The staff was amazing and as accommodating as they could be but that is where the positives end. The condition of the rooms, and the housekeeping is horrendous. We went through 4 rooms, that were dirty and smelled like smoke. The 4th one seemed ok, until we found a dirty washcloth in the shower. The cleanliness level is a zero at best. They gave us an "upgrade" due to the rooms stinking like cigarette, which included an air mattress for the second bed, complete with a hole in it. Dirt on the floors, stained sheets, hair in the tub, and no working tub plug. Top 5 worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
