The room was dirty, stains on the comforters, sheets had hair in them. There was a constant smell of sewage. The hotel itself is falling apart. My sons mold allergies were causing him to wake up with congestion. We stayed 2 nights because we had pre-booked for a work trip and on the second night I had to ask for clean towels and we were told to bring them our dirty ones for the new ones…what I don’t work here…The area around was sketchy, and the staff was not helpful or kind and struggled to speak English so they would get mad when you didn’t understand them. I would NEVER recommend this place!

hotel was old and run down, could have been much cleaner. Check in person was very busy, should have had help. Crumbling cement, road noise. smokers smoked near rooms. minimal breakfast, High priced for rundown Motel with little for breakfast. Overall not an inviting place to stay, I will not stay there again.

Had all the amenities I needed.

My family and I chose this hotel based on it's ratings. We are dumbfounded as to how it was ever rated highly. The overall property and rooms are in dire need of maintenance. To name a few, the phone did not work, lightbulbs were out, carpet was filthy, and the ac was extremely loud and never shut off. There was 0 customer service. The first evening I went to the desk to request a blanket. I was advised housekeeping had left but that they would send one up. After 1/2 hr and no blanket, I followed up. I was advised again that they would send one up. Again, no blanket. At this point, I gave up. Not once were we ever greeted. When we would go to the desk, the reps would just stare at you until you started talking. The first evening when we returned to our rooms we discovered they had not been serviced. When we went to the desk we were advised they only service the rooms if requested. Would have been great to know that or at least have it posted somewhere. I would NEVER recommend this property.

Horrible experience, only there less than hour. Come out of room and there are 6 police cars and they are arresting 3 people. I asked for a refund as we were only there for less than an hour. The people would only give half my money back. Do not stay here, Horrible.

At check in i was rold 50 deposit, ok. But only cash or credit card. I had neither because they cant take debit? Fine. Its super hot in this hotel. Looks like its also falling apart with paint chipping, tiles on ceiling falling down, and carpet looks like its 100 yrs old. Now ive been standing in line to check out for 10 min because everyone is here trying to get their 50 back... uuugh

Hotel was misrepresented as to amenities to meet our needs which we found out upon start of check in so had to cancel and get refund but have to go thru online and days later am still waiting for resolve as Expedia is having difficulty reaching the hotel..

I stayed here the night before the Hinterland festival, and honestly, my ten situation is cleaner and more comfortable than this hotel.

This place is a dump with black mold and mildew around the bathtub. ‘Breakfast’ was disgusting with awful waffle, toast, or cereal only. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I'm a little old-fashioned, anytime a room these days goes over $100 I have some minimal expectations. The door people had a Kleenex stuffed in it, the hair dryer did not work and I couldn't even press in the reset button because it was broken. Bed and general cleanliness seemed okay inside the room although the exterior of the building and the walkway up had trash and broken fixtures. The breakfast left some desire, waffle toast or juice.

Our stay was okay, the service was great, the condition of building was terrible, our room looked like it was in various stages of renovations and that those renovations had been done hastily and the job not done correctly. The floors were EXTREMELY uneven, and the bathroom laminate was cracked in the doorway as they just played in over the uneven area instead of actually fixing the floor. We wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

A lot of trash outside of the facility. Beds were stained and the blanket was crunchy. Very disappointing

There is no pool at this location even though Expedia shows it having a pool. The TV in our room didn't work and the door had to be slammed really hard to close and then pushed to be sure it was actually shut. The cover to our heating unit was laying on the floor. The walls had spots that were peeling and the floor creaked. Bathtub had been filled in with something to cover up a crack or hole. The lady at the desk was very kind and let us change rooms but that room should not be given to other people until it's fixed. We showed her the picture of the cover being off the heating unit and she sent a tech to look at the TV but it could not be fixed. She said they had been up there working on the heating/cooling unit so the room should have been rechecked before assigning it to someone. The breakfast was minimal with only waffles and cereal but the waffle mix was great.

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff accommodated all of our requests.

NO POOL! The Expedia listing clearly shows “pool” as one of the hotel’s amenities, but at check-in, I asked when the pool closes, and the clerk seemed surprised at the question, as they don’t have a pool. This was disappointing for my kids after a long day on the road. The hotel is a lot more worn than the pictures indicate. Very disappointing.

Quick overnight stay: Easy check-in. Listened to and responded appropriately to request for a particular room placement. Quiet night. Easy check-out.

Property was in bad shape. Some repairs looked like they were partially done. Bed was ok but they are not maintaining the property to Day's Inn standards.

Area around hotel feels safe, close to hospital. Staff is generally unimpressive and minimally accommodating. Room was clean. Very humid and room floor, carpet, bedsheets were wet. A/C works well. Breakfast is a disaster (dirty, unkempt dining room) 2 cereal choices and waffles. Would not let that influence your decision to stay here. But at least the room was clean and has a good location. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

Air in room was falling apart and made noise all night long. Bathroom floor was so gross, it was slippery. The sheets felt wet. The tv did not work. Air at check in and breakfast was not working and it was very very hot in lobby. Other guest slamming doors all night long so hard it shook the bed. Trash outside was overflowing.

Average property to stop by if your on a road trip. Slightly dirty but if you’re looking to sleep and get a small breakfast in the morning this is the perfect place.

Common areas like hallways and elevator were filthy. Air conditioner in the room had wires with wire nuts exposed. Exit/emergency door on 3rd floor was perpetually open. Terrible. Days Inn should look into this franchisee for bringing disrepute to the chain.

The description is off. There is no pool. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The building looks as if it’s going to fall apart at any time. Pillows were the size of a small square. The door to the room was almost off of the hinges at one point. I hated it so much I left a night early even though I paid for all of them. Will not stay here anymore.

I was disappointed that our room 337 did not have any of the amenities described in the hotels description. No hair dryer, no iron there were no drawers or place to hang clothes. Where as my brother-in-laws room 339 they had everything.

This is the worst place we have stayed in in a loooong time
