I always stay here when I go to Brian Head!
2.5
Wonderful place to stay, quiet, clean, fireplace, kitchen. Front desk agents are very helpful and caring. They send texts throughout the stay to make sure that everything is going well. We really liked that. Beautiful nature, indoor swimming pool and sauna. Just what we needed.
2.5
Pool and hot tub closed. Front desk were not the friendliest. Room clean, bed was nice. Area was beautiful.

Beautiful Lodge. Super friendly staff. I’ll return in the near future.

Excellent in every way. The staff made us their top priority!

Our shower curtain smelled a little mildew. Time to swap that out.

When we got there, check in was easy. The pool was closed, so were some other amenities which was not a problem for us. We understand, because the property is being remodeled. Problems we encountered: The rooms were not really clean, the window handles were broken from the people who stayed there before. The place overall is very outdated, but again, hopefully they fix it when they remodel. The over the tub shower was very steep to climb in and the shower from the other bathroom was very small and tight. The king bed was one of the worst beds I ever tried to sleep in, as it was hard as a rock and my husband's back hurt upon waking up. The water faucet in the bedroom shower was dripping all night. We actually booked a king and Queen bed unit, but they supposedly "upgraded" us without telling us. Later on we found out that they gave our room away and were out of that kind of unit. My recommendation: Don't book room 2122 or wait to book this place until their remodel is complete.

This property is very disappointing you think for a Hilton it would be better I understand improving the property but let the guest make and educated decisions prior to booking, they don't tell you before you book that the hot tub and pool are closed. They have no coffee in the lobby, they have no refills to give you for the rooms until house keeping comes in at 8:30. I travel for work and get up early and have been in days inns that had better service and amenities then this place. Brian head in general is the same all business open and close when they want despite what google says or there sign say. hard to find or get food or groceries unless it’s on there time. Brian head in is not a summer friendly town and would benefit greatly if the establishment would change to make it so.

Good get away

Things feel older and worn here. Closets don’t open well, carpet in stairwells is so dirty and smelly, pool was closed due to maintenance issues, power went out and there was no light in any rooms.

The room was very spacious and clean. The price for the room was extremely cheap and the staff was great!!! I would definitely recommend this property to other people and will definitely stay here again. Such a beautiful area.

We went this weekend, should have stayed somewhere else!! We weren't told at check in (nor is it anywhere on their site) that all of the amenities (pool, gym, sauna etc are closed for 4 months!! And we still had to pay a resort fee, for what? To stare at the dark locked pool deck??
The rooms are showing their age, the fans all appear as if they may fall from the ceiling at any moment and the hallways stink! Save your pennies and stay elsewhere!

Only stayed for 1 night, so in and out pretty quickly. Staff was super nice. Hotel was pretty quiet likely as it was off season. The main building is under construction through Fall so pool was closed. Other than that, it was a pleasant quick stay. Recommended!

A beautiful place with the most amazing view!!!
Great hotel and really nice staff

Great room, close to everything.

They should update their amenities if the pool and spa are closed. The other thing is they don’t have an A/C and that should be in the description. It was 82 degrees in the room for our daughter’s midday nap. Wouldn’t recommend for kids for now.

This is a great family hotel with lots of things for children and teenagers. I do not recommend it for couples without children unless you want to interact with families.

This is a beautiful facility nestled in amongst The Pines of the Brian Head Ski Resort in Southern Utah. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was above our expectations! The only thing that was downgrading it a bit is the renovation of the dining room and surrounding areas. It will be great when it is finished. Easy access to the ski resort and all the activities over the 4th of July. We highly recommend this property.

The bathroom had a gum on the floor as well as a child socks .. we didn’t feel it was well cleaned

We love going to Breaks Lodge. We’ve been so many times. We take our kids there and they love playing in the pool and playing games. It is our summer getaway location.

I wanted to get out of the Vegas heat and this place was perfect. I was sad that I only booked for 1 day, but will be coming back.

we are 75 years old--they placed us at the far end of hall of 50 yards to room--placed us on the east side so the sun woke us up--east side also next to main highway so couldnt sleep due to traffic--no a/c in unit which was told after I booked with no refund--wont be staying here since staff had no clue of what to do with accomodations and did not ask us anything--just put us in a terrible room--really stupid

The property is in a state of transition to a Hilton property. Maybe that will help with staff training and expectation. The late night security guard check in was the best of the group, extremely helpful for 2 am. Everyone could care less. Absolutely inconvenient without transportation. No breakfast options, not even a fruit bowl. Had to walk across the Annies to buy an apple for breakfast. Dinner was a $26 hamburger that left a lot to be desired and I was the only person in the entire place. Thought it would be a safe choice. I look forward to their improvements to come back in the future.

They were doing summer maintenance on the property but didn't hinder any of our stay. It is a winter resort, so maintenance needs to be done during this time. The staff were very attentive to our needs and kept us appraised of any work they were doing. All of our needs were met. A great place to stay.

The property was under construction. The room type we booked on expedia was different than what we were given and were told that we should be paying more.. based upon the room type we were in. Hotel almost moved us due to this expedia listing issue. But they were kind enough to let us stay in that room.Umm tip to hotel staff. don't make customers feel bad about someone elses error.
The front desk staff were very nice, but the night crew were a little power hungry.. Nice but in a back handed way. The security guy was cool:)
Overall, would stay again, will be nice to come one day during season.

great amenities, would be nice if the bar was open later hours. the coffee shop is a must.... air conditioning would really be nice. ill stayed several times at the property that was uncomfortably warm. the construction was inconvenient but understandable.

My boyfriend and I stayed here to visit Cedar Breaks, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. The room was stifling hot at 80 degrees all day and through the night. Needless to say, it wasn't the romantic getaway we had hoped for.
To make matters worse, we weren't informed that the lodge was under construction, so we ended up in a different building that was old and lacked any view worth mentioning. For the $100 we paid for the night, the experience was quite disappointing.
Overall, due to the uncomfortable room conditions and the lack of disclosure about the construction, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
