Slept good, but room had stains in sink, toilet and trim long tub was coming apart. Behind furniture, very dirty and dusty. Stain on carpet, from what I saw I reviews I seen his is a sleaze motel. They could care less. Breakfast was waffles and apples and not sure if they had anything else. Nothing hot. This motel need help!

Right next to the I70 freeway so I had to listen to traffic all night. There were ear wig bugs on the desk. The breakfast is all carbs and an apple. It is a motel not a hotel. I expected more from La Quinta. Very cheap. Spend the extra money and go deeper into Golden. Yuck!

The booking was easy and checkin went smoothly. I was disappointed that my room was on the 3rd floor, and the elevators non operational. The hotel is large and it was definitely not booked. There was animal feces on the second floor landing, tossed cigarette butts tossed on the grounds - stairs - landings. The room itself was adequate, but it was a bummer that the linens/covers/towels are worn, stained, and even burn holes in the bedding. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago, and do not recall such a poor state of things. I won’t be booking here again.

I expected more from La Quinta, this hotel is very 'worn', they were not renting rooms on the 1st floor and the elevator shakes and grinds. Wont stay here again, for $15 more I can stay at a much nicer hotel. Worth it.

Overall the room was nice. The bed and pillows were awesome to the point we didn't want to get out of bed. There was a refrigerator, microwave, nice recliner, and a closet with doors; which was great when people came to visit. We were there for a dieing, immediate family member, who did pass. So the room was calming with the black out curtains. The only problem was the plumbing, the sink was missing the knob to open the drain and the shower ceiling had peeling paint. The rest of the room was perfect. Plus the room has a multi -variety of lighting options which is great! The guy at the front desk was super nice and knowledgeable on his job!!! They asked if we needed room service, which most places only do after you leave. Considering our circumstances, it was a great stay. Thank you.

Stayed here and the customer service was okay, get in the room it was nasty. The room smelled mold in the bathroom. Water pressure sucked, Hot water what hot water.

We had to move rooms because the bathrooms have mold all over the walls and ceilings. The rooms are not cleaned properly or thoroughly at all. The lock was busted off the door. The room we moved to still had mold in the bathroom but atleast the front door locked from the inside. One of the guys at the front desk was very nice though. Will not stay here ever again.

The blanket was stained. The grout was stained and looked moldy in the shower. The place was overall tired looking. Grungy outside.

We were there to sleep the room was quiet the bed comfortable and for that we were grateful. On another note our breakfast was minimal, the room needs updating, we barley had enough TP.

Shortly after we arrived the power to the AC, tv and several lights went out. When we called the front desk there was no answer. We went to bed with the room at 72° and it just got hotter… at MIDNIGHT, hours after going to bed the power came back and all the lights, and AC came on to full power waking us and our 2 year old.
The room was also not clean. The room desperately needed to be vacuumed and had animal hair and bits of paper throughout the room and bathroom and dripping sink that never stopped in the bathroom!
Many of the outlets in room were overloaded with cheep expansion plugs to plug in items like the mini fridge and microwave leaving no plugs near the bed for a phone.

Floor under tub must be rotten. Step in tub and it feels like bouncing on a trampoline. Mold on bathrooms ceiling. Five minutes of running water and hot water stopped.

The nastiest La Quinta I’ve ever seen. I have stayed in others that are more like the Hampton or holiday inn quality, but this room was worst than a super 8, sticky floors, hole in ceiling. Front desk made us wait to check in while they put out stale bagels for people to eat. We left after an hour and stayed at SpringHill instead

The property is outdated and dirty. Beds need replaced. The floors in both of our rooms needed cleaned and in one room there was pet hair on the bed and night stand. I would not stay here again.

The dirtiest hotel/motel we have ever stayed at!! For the price, the place is filthy! First room we got, had chips all over the floor, and dental floss sticks on the floor, couple dead bugs also! So we got moved to the room next door... after bringing all our stuff in there, husband went to take a shower... there was long black hair stuck to the shower wall!! A dirty used wash cloth on the shower curtain rod!! The air conditioner didn't work, can barely open the window, then had to use a stick to hold it open. No refrigerator. No microwave. Homeless people sleeping under the staircase!
Told the lady, she seemed unconcerned and said "I'll tell house keeping in the morning " do NOT stay there!!!

Do not recommend. There was an extremely strong smell (like cat urine covered up by chemicals), mold in bathroom & lumpy mattress. The staff & the property landscaping was very nice.

No ice machine in lobby or near any elevator m I don’t walk well or climb status. Man working the desk didn’t offer to get ice for me.

Room was very nice. But bring your earplugs (at least if your room is on the east side of the building). Right next to busy highway with 24-hour traffic. Hard to sleep. Breakfast was pathetic. Small selection. Bread/bagels/muffins were stale. Only a couple of apples as fruit. Waffle option took forever to fill cup with batter in addition to the 2.5 minutes cooking time. Coffee pot emptied very quickly and wait time till next one seemed long.

Room/suite 302 a/c did not work. It must have been 85°, no windows to let air in. Vent bent not attached completely to wall. Grout in bathroom was moldy. Never had a problem with La Quinta before. So bad we took a loss on the 2nd day and drove home early.

Arrived after 2 days of driving another 2 days to go. Get into the room ( on the 3rd floor no elevator ) started to un pack, needed a shower. No hot water it dribbled out of the tap, lots of cold water because it wouldn't drain out of the sink. Went to go use the phone for speak with front desk it's not working, So had to go back back to front desk ( around 6-6:30 ) Let the person on duty know, "" we do not have any other rooms "" Well we can't stay here ( already paid for back in April ) with no hot water. Would really like to talk to the manager as we would like a refund.

This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. The property looked abandoned. The room had a funky smell. The water pressure was non-existent. The bathtub was missing caulking so there was a huge gap between the tub and the wall. Burn marks in multiple places. I will never stay here again.

This place looks nothing like the photos on Expedia! It's old, shabby and run-down. Stains on the bedspreads, mold in the bathroom, room keys (cards) may or may not work, and one guest I met had no hot water! The standard room doesn't even have fridge or microwave. I wouldn't stay here again.
