I checked into the hotel. The room I booked wasn't available so they "upcharged" me for a room that was available. The TV in the room didn't work. I went back down to the office but there were other customers with problems. I went back to the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work either. I went back to the front desk in the moring and they said they would check the TV and fix it or move me to another room. They didn't fix the TV and did not offer to move me to another room. I had to ask twice. I was finally moved to another room. The rooms are at best OK. The fixtures in the shower in the second room were pulling away from the shower stall. I won't stay here again.

Do not go here tv dont work ppl hanging out smoking drinking , fights it was the most horrible stay and service on the out side never had a tv they tried to move me next to some crack heads horrible place then on top of it all you have to give extra 100 dollars

I didn't like the $100 security hold that I won't get back for a week. Also the elevator did not work when the desk person said it did. The stairs were covered in some kind of liquid. And it was filthy overall. The only good thing was inside the room. And we did not feel safe

It’s not the most attractive place to stay. The exterior of the building is in rough shape and dirty, but the rooms were okay. The rooms look like they were remodeled at some point in the last few years unlike the exterior. When we first arrived, we were pretty concerned about the stay due to how sketchy and unattractive the exterior looks.
We asked the employee at the front desk if we could take a look at the rooms before we fully committed to the stay, and they were very understanding of it and without a second thought, showed us the two rooms. Considering the price we paid, I expected more from this property, but it was the only choice we had for last minute booking that was within our budget.
The hotel doesn’t provide free breakfast but there are multiple diners and stores surrounding the building.
The bathroom in our bedroom was not very clean, the toilet bowl had not been brushed well and the shower liner was very stained and looked like it hadn’t been replaced in who knows how long. The toilet itself didn’t flush well, we kept having to flush multiple times in order for waste to fully flush down. It seems like getting that fixed would save the hotel money in the long run.
I give this property a 3/5 mostly due to the customer service. All of the employees at the front desk were very kind. I really hope they’re being compensated appropriately because I witnessed multiple customers treat them poorly and they fought back with kindness - good for them!

There was no working smoke detector in our room. Im actually checking into the legal side of that because i believe thats illegal. It was hanging from the wall. I took pictures. Also, they went in my room in the evening (I only stayed one night) and called me during Summerslam and questioned me about whether not i was staying at the hotel that night. They should never be in room on the evening i check in. I didn't need housekeeping because i had just checked and everyone knows housekeeping occurs during the day. This hotel is going to facing several legal repercussions.

The room I stayed in had not been cleaned of the soap from the previous guest. There was no shower curtain. The neighbors were loud. There was an odd smell in the room.
The only plus was that it was smoke free.
One of the worst places I have ever stayed. No wonder it was the only place in the area with an available room.

I did not even check into this hotel. Upon arrival, I waited for what seemed like forever at the desk. There was screaming and yelling in the parking lot and cops outside. I was not putting my son and I in this environment.

We had a handicapped room whose shower leaked clear through the bathroom. There were three bath towels two face clothes and no hand towels at all. No blow dryer, no coffee maker and enough flies to drive us crazy. Also being a handicap room toilet seat should have been higher, it was standard size. Will not return to this property!

The room a/c sounded like a jet engine,no trash can light above sink doesn’t work. No bulb,bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work,toilet filled all the way to top before draining. Finally clogged. Was still clogged when I checked out. Room key card wouldn’t work when I left for a few hours then came back. Had to go to office and get it reprogrammed. All 3 days. No TV. And this is supposed to be a deluxe room. Also the sign outside says 59.99 per night and my price was over 100 per night. What a disappointment.

Room wasnt ready when I arrived at 8 p.m. so have me a different type of room. Someone barged in the room around 11 p.m. because of the front desk giving them a key. Some sketchy things going on in and around the property in regard to some of the guests or people hanging around the property. Your typical lock and load motelsp tread carefully!

Surprisingly had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice, but the floors, fridge, toilet, and bathtub were all dirty or stained. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and now so do all my belongings. Another in the lobby complained of non draining bathtub. Key stopped working and lobby was locked with no attendant mid-day. Bad area in general-felt unsafe.

Nothing to rave about. Had to wait until 6:45 to check in. However, it was a very busy day weekend with activities in the area. Also key card didn’t work second day and was reprogrammed. Staff was friendly, bed comfortable, lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Cheapest I could find for the weekend. Don’t like giving $100 deposit up front when checking in. They said I’d get it back in 7-10 days after check out. Maybe this is normal now days?

Outside was a little sketchy, the smell of weed in the middle of night walking to the room was not pleasant, and the hidden fee of a security deposit charged and still waiting for a refund as the man at the desk said it comes back . Room was surprisingly modern and pretty clean

While the room itself was okay, the hotel property is dingy and dirty. The staff needs customer service training. They are argumentative and excuse makers. I got the impression that they did not want to rent rooms.

As soon as we showed up, the man seemed pleasant and gave us the key. We opened the door to our room and it smelled like dog pee. I went down to enlighten the clerk on the situation, and he made me walk the entire perimeter of the building with him looking for a room. There were no rooms available, so we left.

To Whom It May concern:
I was a guest at this hotel from June 27th-30th. I reserved 4 rooms for me and my family. And I have to say, I don’t know where to start. This was the absolute worst hotel experience that I have had in the past few years. When we arrived after a 7 hour trip, the electricity was off and we were unable to check in. At that point the staff member on duty showed us the available rooms. This took about 30 minutes because the rooms being shown reaked of smoke smells and pets. It was not pleasant at all. For the amount of money I spent at this location, a better product should have been produced. The pictures on line, in no way or fashion matched in person. That in itself is a high level of deception and thats not cool at all. There was a high level of prostitution going on, in addition to drugs being sold on the premises. There were also guest living there that continuously had their dogs off the leash. The levels were not well lit, which causes another safety issue.
The biggest safety issue that occured is the roof partially caving in on the odd side of where the rooms are. I’m not sure how this location is allowed to be open with so much stuff going on. There were also police that had to post up in the parking lot to ensure that nothing goes on during the night.

The property shows some wear, but not enough to be concerning. Location next to a Walmart, an IHOP, and a Staples store is convenient. I was there on a Friday and Saturday night. A police car sat at the entrance to the property both nights. My room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

The property was in horrible condition. The rooms were smelly and the bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor. Our key kept deactivating and twice the staff was no where to be found. Cops are there every night for security. One of the officers told me it was a very unsafe place that’s why they are there.

As soon as I saw the room I immediately went back to the office, checked out, and booked a room at another hotel!

Worst Ted Roof Inn we’ve stayed in… had to change rooms … 1st room was not fully cleaned … old soap in shower … 1/2 full drinking cup on sink… the hair dryer had been taken off the wall & light over vanity didn’t work properly! Our new room reaked of cigarette smoke in a facility that was posted as Smoke free

It was alot more run down than the pictures portray online. I had to pay $100.00 security deposit. Our room had no phone , no hangers and one of the beds had hair and grass on the made bed. The other bed wasn’t made and had no comforter. The cleaning lady was nice and did her best to fix it. I felt unsafe. There weren’t many guests or cars but those who were there were loud. Also, the refrigerator was loud and the air conditioner roared. It was so loud we had to turn it off so we could sleep.
