The shower was broken that ruined the whole stay.

Very nice welcome at check-in. Very comfortable bed, good water pressure, quiet, good lighting, very good blackout shade. Easy to use tv and ac. Only drawback was limited parking and coffee pot could have used a more thorough cleaning. Price very reasonable. I would stay there again.

Remodeled and updated property with clean room nice smell. Cute kitchenette. Room overall was enjoyable.
Both sink & bathtub had a little backup and could use some drain line clearing.
Mattresses were a little too soft for me.
Unimpressed with BARE MINIMUM included breakfast. Poorly stocked. Door to breakfast room sticks HARD and needs attention.

If you walk in acknowledging that this a budget hotel beforehand, things should be ok. I just needed a place to nap for a few and didn't need anything special. Noted though the staff was harder to understand at the front desk, both had heavier Arabic accents. The AC unit blew out a musty scent when turned on. I think some people live there long term. Also, there's no lamps on the night stand: only fluorescent recessed lighting above the bed.

I loved the proximity to my final destination. The front desk person didn’t speak very good English but really tried her best to be understood. They served breakfast. Nice facilities, microwave, fridge,ironing supplies, coffee maker and air conditioning.
I didn’t like that they had no do not disturb signs for use and when they came in to make the beds, they only made up one. I it’s a nice property. I would stay there again.

It was a fine place for a night or two. I felt pretty unsafe at times with random people being able to come and go and just walk right through the area. The staff didn’t speak much English, and we had been in the car for 13 hours so it was a little frustrating. They ignored us for about 5 minutes before they helped us, on the phone with another employee or something. The hotel itself was fine on the inside, a little outdated but nothing crazy.

First impression pulling into the parking lot was that the hotel looks well kept and peaceful. Parking is limited and spaces look a little narrow. Check in was quick, receptionist was nice, and I was in my room within minutes. The room was very spacious with a tiny kitchenette, multiple tables and chairs. Nice wood flooring, comfortable bed with soft blankets. Bathroom is spotless and the shower is equipped for those who need grab handles to steady themselves when taking a shower. Hotel is surrounded by nice landscaping and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The owner has done a fine job updating and maintaining this place.

A mosquito in the room bit me 6-times during the evening. Room door lock did not align to close properly. You were able to just push it open without a key card.

The room was supposed to have a view. But it was only given after asking and still had tons of trees blocking the view.
Also I asked if I need to walk a lot to my room. The guy just said oh no need. And made me walk a lot to get to my room. I had a ankle injury!

Check in was fast. No hidden fees. Well lit. Overall well maintained. Bathroom was just a little bit needing a better cleaning. Beds were so comfortable.

There isn’t a restroom in the lobby and there weren't any elevators. Room and property were very clean. Landscaping and buildings were nicely groomed. Liked the kitchenette and the room was spacious. We would stay again.

I’m thinking it was like a Motel six nothing special. There’s a couple things that were wrong that as an owner should’ve been taken care of. Take the lead to walk through all the rooms and see the little things that need to be fixed shower mat grab rails. ceiling fans in bathrooms . Don’t leave a broken chair out in the room It makes it look like people aren’t taking care of the place. it was OK personally myself I rather spend a little more money and stayed in a brand name hotel . If you asked, we would I stay there again No

As soon as we opened door, we see 2 cockroaches in room. So went back and asked room. They did not provide other room instead mentioned those are water bug roach. Cleaning ladies open door 5-6 hours door, so it may have entered. Room was not clean. Bath tissue is attached opposite instead by side to toilet. Bed spreads were not that much clean. Total cleanliness is poor.
