Part of the wall was falling off in the bthroom. The office chair had completely ost all of its covering of faux leather. The second night there, cops were in the lobby pulling someone out to his vehicle presumably to arrest him. There were french fries on the floor along the edge of the furniture. The continental breakfast (if you can call it that) was a joke. We did not partake.

The hotel room was decent sized. The bathroom was big. The only thing was th bathtub was dirty and the shower curtain had stains all over it.

Carpet was stained. Most of the lights didn't work. Bed was comfortable and TV worked. I've been coming to this hotel once or twice a year for over 20 years... every time I come back it has gotten a little worse. It was a great place to stay for 20 years ago.

I am beyond disappointed. The room was so dirty! Downright disgusting. There’s no way housekeeping didn’t see the messes they left behind for future guests. I can’t believe this room was given a pass or seen as acceptable for guests. The trash and dust and leftover food was very obvious, right out in the open.

Absolutely filthy room with a “needle” found near the garbage. Multiple power strips were used in the room for permanent usage and against fire code. Refrigerator was “buzzing” so loud it woke me up during the night. Had to unplug it and found the side was very warm to the touch. More than unsavory types of individual hanging around the premises. Didn’t have high expectations going into it but was blown away how terrible it was. I’ll never go back.

It is an older hotel which is fine but you could hear everything from our neighbors. But i went to the bar and could not find any staff. I also believe i left with bed bug bites. I almost had to call 911 because of a couple of people fighting outside my room at 430 in the morning.

Nice size room. Thankful for 2 chairs in the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Decor could use some updating, but overall it was very nice. The hallway to the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Check in was thirty minutes or so. Breakfast ran out of coffee, and just about everything in less than hour of a 3 hr timeline. Eventually enough guests requested stocking bit we had to leave by then.Soap was nice.

It’s a nice place for its value. The rooms, lobby and dining area were very clean except the stairs and part of the hallway. Staff were nice and professional

I had to ask that my bed get made and towels replenished. I only received service 1 day of my stay . I checked out a day early and paid for another hotel in town. Upon departure I presented the front desk with a set of towels that I used to clean my own room; after service person finished

This hotel was terrible. Dirty carpets. Not even vacuumed in hallways. Dirty towels laying outside our room in the floor. Still weren’t picked up when we left. Shower curtain was covered with black mold. The breakfast bar was sticky and dirty. Syrup all over the floor. Also that eating area was not vacuumed. I asked the front desk if anyone was caring for the breakfast are as I couldn’t find anyone. And she said yes. I told her the issues she just shrugged her shoulders and acted like she could care less. The furniture was dirty and stained. The furniture was old and scarred. The office chair had most of the vinyl coming off. The whole place was gross. The beds sheets were clean and it was late so we stayed. The bathroom door when closed looked like a dog chewed through the bottom. The towels were worn out. I wouldn’t go barefoot for anything on the floors. I wish I had taken photos. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. It made it to the top of places we will NEVER STAY AGAIN.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Could not get money back because we booked thru hotels com. They didnt reserve the rooms we paid for & put us in 2 other filthy rooms, very outdated, stained carpets, toilet seat peeling off. Dirty vents. Breakfast was cold eggs, cold bacon, cold potatoes. Holes in curtain liners.
Shame on me that I did not read the reviews before booking. Red Lion has usually had a good reputation. This is a disgrace to all other Red Lion hotels.

After staying the night I had to use the bathtub faucet, since the sink was full of water and obviously plugged up which I hadn't noticed the night before. This hotel was probably really nice years ago but has not been remodeled in probably 30 years, so decades of crud built up in the bathroom I noticed. Bed and pillows were awesome and i was exhausted so slept well though.

I was disappointed with my stay at the Red Lion Hotel. Last night, my clothes were stolen from the laundry room, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The cafeteria was especially dirty in the morning, smelling very bad, and no food was left in the pans. Additionally, the bathroom in my room lacked basic amenities like shampoo. I'm very dissatisfied with the experience.

I stayed for one night with my mother-in-law, and my two children. The first room we were put in, the air conditioner wouldn’t work due to the outlet being broken. The second room, the toilet did not flush at all. The front desk clerk came in with a plunger to see if that helped, but that was a no. This particular room had a lot of the tiny ants and the sink didn’t drain very well. The third and last room we were put in was decent. There were ants still, but not the amount that was in the second room. The front desk clerks were obviously running ragged. Seemed to be very short staffed. There was also a very large group of construction workers staying that night. There was only one person manning the entire breakfast. I feel for the workers that they do have. They definitely worked harder than they probably should have. They all did what they could with what they had but I can absolutely see a lot of bad reviews and complaints based on our one night stay.

My room and a refrigerator and I put my groceries in it for the work week. The next day I came back and it was all bad, it wasn't plugged in, the plug was about 10" from being able to reach the outlet. I reported it twice and asked for $40 discount, it was never addressed.
I saw the police there several times, the last night it was for my neighbor. I opened my door to the hallway and it was soaked with dirty toilet water.

There were ants all over the wall and nightstand. When we talked to the front desk They gave us a can of raid. I went back to the room sprayed the night stand and realized there were ants all over in the bed. We then asked to be moved to a different room. The new room had an ac that didn’t work as well as a toilet than ran constantly. The staff was not friendly at all. Breakfast the next day had milk that was over a week expired.
The advertised restaurant inside is no longer available.
The outside pool was nice.

The hotel is old and did smell old/musty. Room was decent size. One of the queen beds was very worn and sunk in really bad. Over all it was an ok place to sleep. I don't think I will go back though

Property was awful. The room was dirty and chair stained. Carpet had dirt and wrapper to something that was suspicious. Furniture was stained and had crumbs.

You may have read a few negative reviews about this property some of which were in the last couple of days; however, we were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience of our stay in spite of previous comments. I won’t lie that the accommodations are a bit older; however, we were satisfied with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the well appointed rooms, larger bathrooms with double sinks, comfortable beds, and the quality of the facilities for the price. The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and functional, we enjoyed the hot breakfast in the well appointed dining area, and the staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. I hope these comments provide a more balanced perspective and believe that management has made improvements in response to previous reviews. A solid two and a half stars and great value at $160 USD per night.

This property is older, but it was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy. Thanks so much for the pleasant stay. We would return.

Staff was fantastic but the condition of the hotel was terrible. Mold on the shower curtain, round toilet with an oval seat. The chair in the room was filthy, and the carpets were badly stained. No working ice machines. The bed was comfortable. The weeds in the planter beds were 4 feet tall and the outside grounds are not being maintained at all. Corporate should be notified and remive the Red Lion name from this hotel.

This hotel is stuck in the late 80’s. Needs major face lift, the landscaping has not been maintained, the pool was green, the continental breakfast was not very good, the bar was never open, the drawer in the armoire was broken and the tub didn’t drain very well. The two good things the bed was comfortable and the coffee was good.

We had to move rooms after first night because there were ants on the bedside table. I asked for a refund for that night and they said no. The hotel is in need of repair. Peeling wallpaper, stained carpet overall not kept up

Staff was nice, cost was reasonable, quiet, bedding seemed clean. However, the easy chair in room had prominent cigarette burn and several stains, carpet was stained in many places, room furniture scratched and worn, microwave timer didn’t work (just stayed going without counting down) which felt like a safety issue. Was glad to leave ASAP the next am. Wouldn’t choose again without significant remodel.
