Money missing from my room. Hotel management asked if I wanted room cleaned, I didn't need. Room was cleaned, Management did not know why it was cleaned. Do not disturb sign did not work. I will never return.

Excellent hotel at a good price. Breakfast service and selection excellent, dinner also very good.

We were surprised to see all the changes at the Novotel. They have massively redecorated and it looks very nice. However, check in is sketchy...someone with a laptop computer and a mobile phone who isn't always at the desk. The bar didn't turn the lights on until 6:00 pm. They had trouble finding the available room configuration we booked. The restaurant is good. Breakfast was adequate but not great. What French breakfast doesn't have several choices of cheese! They have also stopped having a shuttle to the airport and the taxi we booked through the hotel the night before arrived quite late. In the end we shared it with another couple because theirs didn't arrive. The taxi charged €30 for about a two mile trip to the airport. We will use this hotel again because it is close to the airport and it's nice to have a good restaurant right on site, but they have a few problems they should solve. Since they are so close to the airport and get a lot of business from people who need to go to the airport, they really should provide a shuttle.

On arrive chez HIPPOPOTAMUS, pas CHEZ NOVOTEL; pas une demi bouteille d'eau de bienvenue dans les chambres. Une seule fontaine à eau près de l'acceuil.( C'est la volonté du groupe!Pas de frigo dans la chambre Armature du lit en fer, bruit de ressort lorsqu'on se couche.Isolation phonique dans le couloir à revoir. Les portes claques dès 6H30. Pour la douche du matin ou du soir, soyez patients, pas de pression. Enfin pour le petit dej, déception aussi, plus d'œufs brouillés à 09h00, le livreur n'est pas venu! Bref un niveau de confort et de prestation indigne d'un NOVOTEL, Le prix n'est absolument pas en rapport . Tout ceci a été signalé au manager qui a pris note.

Convenient and modern hotel with parking. Table tennis hammocks and other outdoor games a hit with the kids. Would have got 5 stars if restaurant offered more vegetarian choice and restaurant staff weren’t grumpy!

Horrible du début à la fin!!!!!!! Trou dans la baignoire et cheveux, chambre odieuse et mal lavée!!! bruit constant, frigo ne marchant pas!!! Et l'Hippopotamus, c'est pire!!!! h d'attente pour 2 burgers et même pas un café d'offert!!!! A fuir de toute urgence!!!!!

Partagé j'étais seule la chambre était préparée pour accueillir 4 personnes canapé lit déplié et préparée en couchage donc je l'ai replié et là la moquette pas franchement propre comme le reste de la chambre le sol laissé à désirer les meubles aussi pas de dossette de kf alors que d'autre chambre avait une cafetière la douche mauvaise évacuation donc vite rempli comme une baignoire et dommage que l'accès à la piscine était fermée à 20h surtout à 39°dehors. A côté de ça un vrai sèche cheveux c'est appréciable des mouchoirs papier literie nickel

Not the best Novotel we've stayed. Room was a bit disappointing in terms of cleaness and not much difference from budgets hotels that we stayed on. Linens were smelly with a very stained carpet. Bathroom was also not very well cleaned. Only one corridor and one floor so pretty much everyone has to walk through the same way. Breakfast was good but bit expensive and the restaurant looked good with a nice outdoor area.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable. We did not find the restaurant staff helpful at all.

Very poor front desk service. Worst of any Novotel I’ve ever stayed in.

J’ai passé 2 nuits dans cet établissement. Les lits pour enfants sont très juste au niveau literie. Les moquettes sont aussi à revoir. Des bouteilles sont restées devant la porte d’une chambre 1 jour et demi ainsi qu’un plateau repas devant une autre chambre. L’extérieur est agréable avec sa piscine, son potager, sa poule.

All the work being done around was a pain to access the property

Last minute over night stay for a a family of four in one room, plenty of space for all of us, generous size pull out sofa bed for the kids which turned inti two single beds, comfy and clean. Really helpful at check in booking us taxis for the morning to the airport. Everything we needed. Would recommend.

The hotel was under refurbishment: a construction site! No hot water in the shower. The phone to the reception desk was not working: had the walk to the reception to take my shower in another room.

Very poor. No restaurant, bar is a fridge at reception. Major development going on outside. Very difficult to find a night. Not at all Novotel standard.

We just dropped in and out of the hotel because we had an early morning flight out. Food was great….potatoe-leak soup outstanding and salmon ok. I’m thinking France does not do hotel shuttles. That would have been nice, a cab was called for us. Very nice and inexpensive.

Very convenient, friendly staff and lovely gardens. Attentive to environment and activities for families (kids).

It would have been helpful if the hotel could have forewarned guests about the road works in the immediate vicinity making it very difficult to locate. We were also dismayed to discover that having booked a double room we were only offered a twin room and the receptionist on duty was less than helpful/friendly.

We arrived just after 1am and a member of staff at the front desk checked us in. I asked him to open the remote door from th car park to the rooms when we buzz. He said yes he can do that. We buzzed into the car park where he opened the security gates. When we had unloaded out belonging we waiting at the remote door from the car park to enter the hotel. We buzzed for abou 20mins. As it was col and my 3 year old was freezing I decided to walk round in the heavy rain to th front desk. To get out of the car park you have to buzz the front desk again. I tried for abou 5 mins. Then I started should for help. Then I decided to drive my car upto the security gate thinking it would open. Again I tried to buzz out but no on answered. I started pressing my horn on th car to check attension from the hotel staff. Eventually they opened the security gates and I drove my car back to th front desk. I looked for the staff member there and then complained to him that he had left us in th cold rain for abou 30min now. I could smell alcohol on his breath. This is unacceptable for a hotel to have staff who are intoxicated on alcohol and not letting guest into the hotel. I took the car back and by now the staff member had buzzed in my wife and kids and my eldest son was wiaiting at the door to let me in.This experience is unacceptable for a hotel like the Novatel.We used the this hotel the week before and jy was fine and the staff then was great.This time the young man had obviously been drinking

A low rise hotel (could use new carpets and refreshing of rooms) that was fairly basic yet clean. No luxury here but all your basics are in place for showering, coffee/tea making and a TV. The bed is firm but comfortable.
