Disappointed with dinner catering (not ‘any time’) and limited menu. However breakfast was excellent. Room safe not working.

This was stopover on our journey through France. I wanted somewhere close to the motorway and this was perfect. We arrived late - after 1am - and the desk clerk was very friendly. The breakfast was good, the beds were very clean and comfortable and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. We'd definitely stay here again and will be putting Novotel at the top of our list for stopovers in future.

Worked well for business trip. Despite being near the highway/road, the room was absolutely quiet. Entering the parking lot is a bit difficult to follow without having a GPS. Staff were very helpful: front desk and breakfast.

The hotel was a little shabby. The swimming pool was closed which was such a shame after a long hot drive. And the restaurant was closed so we had to go out in search of food.

We used this hotel as a stopover during travel further into Southern France, nice hotel well located on the outskirts of Paris close to Versailles however does look a little tired but no issue served us as required.

Used as a stopover on the way back from the Alps, good location just off the A13. As you’d expect from a Novotel, rooms and hotel were clean and nice breakfast. Stayed in a family room with one double bed and one double sofa bed.

It was amazing, especially the location that gives you the comfort outside the city noise.
The room was very clean, the amenities was good except that we can not use the swimming pool due to the winter weather, but the pool can be converted to an in door to meet all season`s demand.

It’s NOT in a quiet area, it’s sitting squarely in the middle of a commercial center with one side with a busy/noisy McDonald parking and drive and the other side one of the country’s busiest road exchanges!
The “family room” was pocket size, with an old bed without any support and a sofa bed with a mattress so thin every single spring could be felt through in addition to the metal frame.
Bed duvet and pillows 100% synthetic so super HOT and air-con was not working on pretext it was hot outside and they planned on cold weather -because the weather forecast does not reach that postcode area, right?

Nice gated hotel with free parking. Very friendly staff. We arrived very late for our stay and the staff greeted us with a big smile. Although the rooms were air conditioned, we were unable to bring the temperature lower as it was centrally controlled. It would be nice to have a colder room during this summer's heat wave. Perhaps it was because we are used to the air conditioned car as we were driving throughout Europe.

Staff asked 2 times for my credit card, even though the lady on check had it in hands. The rooms are in a okish condition. Didn’t get the queen size bed as booked.

Arrived at 8:30pm, everything was closed except for McDonalds. Room service number did not pick up. Nowhere to walk to, trapped behind a security gate. Wifi wasnt working at all.

The outside of the hotel is very shabby but it is much nicer inside. Clean and comfortable room with friendly and helpful staff. Service at restaurant very slow. Breakfast nice but not worth the money. Smoke filled the stairwells which was not nice. Located in industrial estate. Hard to find at first.

Comfortable stop-over off the A13/14 on our way back to Calais. As always with Novotel rooms they were clean and accommodated our two boys on a fold out sofa bed. Good breakfast and free outside parking in a secure area that is locked at night.

fine for overnight stay. clean. staff very helpful and kind. -But difficult to find entrance to this hotel-so if you book it, have clear instructions on how to find the entrance off the highway.novotel breakfast are expensive. room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The hotel was really nice and in a great location outside of Paris. Couldn't ask for anything more with autohbahn access. The only thing was that the tv was messed up and we told the front desk twice. They said they would have maint look into it but it never changed. Thank god for youtube to keep the little one occupied.
