We had an amazing stay in a recently renovated room. The room was clean and spacious with brand new furniture. Our concierge David was simply amazing. He created a hand-written list of vineyards and restaurants for us to visit. He also gave us a bottle of wine and complimentary tickets to the Blue Note Jazz Club in Napa. Great stay. We'll be back!

Gorgeous remodel currently underway; rooms are huge with 5-star amenities. A couple of items to note: due to large room size, the suite was very chilly! I keep my house cold but even a 74-deg. setting wasn't enough here. Embassy should note: INSTRUCTIONS for Nespresso Pixie are needed (works differently than standard K-cup). Better street signage needed. Luggage carts overbuilt: even my spouse (former warehouse wkr) had trouble maneuvering it when loaded. Positives: staff is excellent, breakfast cafe was a hike but delicious (tip that lovely lady who cooks, pls!), location very convenient.

Room was clean and nice looking. Positive side is the breakfast area was right outside our room which was great. The food was amazing! The shower was the issue for us. Poor water pressure, the tub would fill up to the shins, and toilet handle was broken. The carpet was also a little dirty and trash cans were a little hidden.

Everything was great here but it is under construction so not all amenities were available. The new rooms are spectacular. Everyone was wonderful just disappointed that a good portion of the facility is being remodeled. Should be incredible when completed.

The hotel is being renewed, so there is a construction noise.The room is clean and modern.I gave up taking a shower twice because the hot water didn't come out. I only used the free breakfast for one day. They give me free wine in the evening, but I didn't use it.

This company double billed me for my stay 2 days after I checked out and has cause me sooo many bounced payments. then sends me to voicemail!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The renovated room is excellent, and the soundproofing on the wall is very effective. My only and minor complaint is that the property is quite close to the highway, so some road noise can still be heard.

Very nice and relaxing although they are working on the property to make major changes, they did all they could to make up for that! Great time, friendly staff, we always stay here just to get away and we love it!

It was amazing! Our daughter is getting married in the Napa Valley next Labor Day ‘25, and we’d like to look into some room blocks for the guests. That’s how much we liked it!

The ac wasn’t working and the fan would not stay running. The night was stuffy and too warm. No sleep that night made for a difficult day to enjoy the winery’s. Not happy

We stayed here because transportation to an event left from there. Dated! Old furniture in the room.Pool tiles falling off. Chairs and tables in the center courtyard but nowhere to layout and relax. Happy hour was ok. Some music would be nice. Very uninviting. Just lacks ambience and comfortable furniture. Too bad… it could be really nice. Expensive.

Easy location to drive to and ample parking. Extra parking charge $23 a day. Happy hour and breakfast is always nice and we look forward to it. We had options of staying elsewhere for less but we decided to pay extra money for this hotel due to being closest to our wine tasting reservation & having the couch for another person to sleep on.

Great staff and location close to town. Beautiful room with sitting area and mini refrigerator. Gorgeous courtyard. Really nice happy hour with free drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Great breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

I would rate this place based on my personal experience as 3 of five maybe because we went during remodeling and the hotel was a mess and noisy kinda ( they did not mention the have construction goin while reservations). 3 stars is for there restaurant happy hour and breakfast was 5 stars

A beautiful property with great staff and customer service. My hands-down favorite hotel in Napa. Love the happy hour and breakfast options. Also tried Grille29 for the first time this past visit and the food was so delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

The fire alarm went off twice and no communication from staff

They stay, the room, and the service was excellent. My only concern is now a hotel stay starts with checkin at 4 pm, and ends with checkout at 12 noon. By my math that's 20 hrs, what happened to a full day 24 hrs? What's next checkin at 4 pm, and checkout at 10 am, or 11 am? Just taking the opportunity to vent.

Love the beautiful garden with pond, fountain ducks and turtles. So peaceful to sit and enjoy your wine or conversation. Here they plan to get rid of these gorgeous grounds though!

Our room smelled musty. The carpet felt damp, and there was condensation on the windows, indicating humidity. There was also construction going on at the property which took away from the ambiance and experience. I think we’ll look at other lodging options next time we’re in the Napa valley.
