We just needed a place to spend the night on a long road trip. This hotel was very nice. It has an indoor pool that we saw several families enjoying with their children. The night desk lady was extremely friendly and offered us hot cookies. The breakfast selection was a bit small, but they offer free drinks, coffee, cookies, breakfast burritos, yogurt, and cereal 24 hours a day. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The only negative thing I can say is the location is a bit questionable. It is right off the interstate and there were some unsavory individuals roaming the neighborhood at night, as well as sirens running throughout the night and early morning.

For a Wyndham, I expected to have a warm, quiet room where I could get sleep. That did not happen, unfortunately. The room was next to an outside door where people smoked. Every time someone went in or out, the door slammed and smoke came in. Towards the end of the night, the room was cold and drafty. Not to mention the tv in the room next to me was very loud and kept me up. I will give kudos to the friendliness of the front desk staff.

This hotel is conveniently located. Our room was very comfortable, nice bathroom, big shower. We regularly travel through Butte, & will gladly stay here again.

The staff was friendly,. My review has to do with the property itself. Rooms were spartan. The bed had a tin frame which clanged like a milking pail (or for those not old enough to know about that, like playing kick the can) every time my toe touched it. The street it's on is gnarly. I parked where my car could be seen by the hotel staff, and didn't feel I could be out and about, no walking.

The one complaint I had is that the gym is only open 10a-10p. That is inexplicable to me. Many, MANY people like to get up early, work out, then shower. I had to race back to make sure I made it to the hotel with enough time to get there by 10pm the first night, missed it completely because of my other plans the second night, and couldn't hit it before my long drive home. I had a recent knee surgery, and very much would have liked to work it out a bit before the drive home. Terrible hours. Also, please add sanitizer and paper towels for people to clean off the machines themselves after each use.

Though I requested a room close to an entrance or elevator we received a room and the very end of a 3rd floor hallway. My husband has breathing difficulties so that was challenging.
I was also disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room.

Awesome oasis in Butte. Pool, laundry, workout room, breakfast, chocolate chip cookies & burritos. Plus very clean, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Excellent!

Pretty typical hotel. A little older. Room was clean.
The only thing we did not like was the room has a number of pieces of electronics that have blue lights on them (charging pads next to the bed, TV, etc.
The microwave sits directly in front of the bed, and has a lit dial on it that we had to cover to reduce the light in the room.

Traveling through MT to WA we wanted a clean, comfortable hotel for a reasonable price. This was it. Nice fridge in the room, no odors, quiet. Although we didnt bring a dog, it is pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Bed was terrible. At some point someone puked on the mattress because there was a huge stain right where your head would be spilling over the side. I only noticed it because the fitted sheet slipped off that corner.
They have obviously made attempts at updating and I greatly appreciated the hardwood floors in the room as i hate hotel carpet. The staff were very friendly though and for the price it was fine.

We liked the 24/7 free snacks and coffee in the breakfast room and a good free breakfast. Some of the best pastries we’ve ever found on a hotel breakfast. It was a very good, comfortable stay.

Only one elevator. Only one luggage cart. Both located at entrance which is at one end of the facility. If room is located at other end walk is lengthy. Breakfast area very small and congested. Food was average at best. Over priced for value.

We were driving through and looking for a place. The parking was full with uhauls but had plenty parking on the street. It’s an older hotel. I booked this room last minute I paid $160. The beds were older one bed mattress had a dip in it that i felt I was falling in. The bedding sheets were clean. The room itself looked cleaned. The fabric chair had a few stains on it that was questionable I’m not sure if they get shampooed. It did the job and we left in the morning. The food was horrible, the cereal looked moldy when one of my kids went to grab fruit loops powder eggs. The staff was nice. We won’t be visiting this specific hotel again if we have to drive through. Some upgrades would do this place good.

Linens were clean. Bed was comfortable. The place is old and bathroom was old. Shower was good and hot. We had something above the entry door drip water onto the floor all night - maybe an old AC unit - not sure. But we wore earplugs and let the drip go into the garbage can!

I have photos of the room; but I'm too embarrassed to let anyone see where I actually slept.
Then when we went to the breakfast room, the staff was exceptionally rude.

When your got close to the bed your feet would invariably kick the metal and it sounded like you were kicking a trash can This happened frequently
In fact we could hear the same sound coming from other rooms also They should have used wood like most motels bathroom door squeaked and would wake up people who were sleeping at night
Beds comfortable but didn’t matter since the above issues negated a restful evening
Not one out of a family of four got a good nights rest

It is an older looking hotel on the outside that has been nicely updated inside. I stayed just to try it out as it looked like a good and inexpensive option. I would stay again, it was not bad, good value. Safe, quiet, very comfortable bed, everything worked, pretty good breakfast, very convenient for my road trip stop.
