We enjoyed the decor and especially the Christmas decorations. How lovely to have complimentary tea and cookies in the afternoon and the breakfast was first rate. We really like the comfy parlor which provided a sense of visiting a Victorian country home.

This has now become my absolute favorite spot in Branson to stay!! The hotel is so lovely, wonderfully clean, and filled with some of the best staff I have ever encountered. They try very hard to accommodate all of their guests and their needs. The cleaning staff didn't just clean our room beautifully, but they added lovely touches that you would find in high end hotels. The Afternoon Tea was amazing and just so fun. The only things that I can think that might be a down side, were too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub and no Christmas decorations on the upper floors. We will stay here from now on!!!

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. The best perk was the balcony. We requested the area facing the back, for the view of the trees….and no street noise. Enjoyed our morning. The location was great and easily accessible to the different shows and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable, especially Don the Guest Service Rep. He provided information about a few of the local shows that we were interested in seeing. The Baldknobbers was excellent show of Country Music and Comedy.

Beware! Website says pet friendly. That does not include cats. I went to check in and was basically told if i wanted to stay there, i would not be allowed to bring my 5 month old Siamese kitten in with me. Due to this, she slept in my car the 1st night, 2nd night i paid for boarding. I would never stay here again, because my cat is not welcome.

Everything was great, except at breakfast, they'd run out of different items during our breakfast. Had to ask staff to replenish things 3-4 times each morning. Maybe they need more staff during breakfast?

Very cool hotel that is old but they made it modern at the same time. Very good service and location is great. We needed to check out early for an emergency and they gave us a refund for the last night. They didn’t have to do that and just shows how good the service was.

We really liked the fact that housekeeping was not allowed to come in your room but yet would still supply towels and linens when requested. The sitting areas in the hotel were just amazingly decorated

Although they had construction in the parking lot waking me A little earlier than my normal wake up time, it did NOT deter me from appreciating what a wonderful place this is. Brianna as receptionist started us off with a WOW we are going to like this place.
I loved all the comfortable and quiet sitting areas.
