We have stayed there before and that is the reason we keep coming back. Current Staff was exellent!

Staff very professional.

We had to wait to check in and there was a line but staff was very well trained and apologized several times.

And the best part of my stay was the staff, Great CUSTOMER Service !!

Staff was friendly and helpful - let me check in a little early. Bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor and in the tub but overall the facility was clean and had a good breakfast.

Overall ..the Room the staff were great ..my problem. Is I stayed for 2 nites with 5 kids . The last nite there was a group that hung out all night in parking lot .upon my getting ready to leave .I found my car had be vandalized ..some kind of substances were sprayed or poured all over my car ..i informed front desk anout it to which northing was done ..I had to pay to get whole outside of car cleaned off ..a check of camerad may have reveled which guest or guest were involved..possibly at least having them pay for my restoring car

The whole experience started horribly, checking in with the older female receptionist was unprofessional she stated she couldn’t see my name in the system. I showed her the confirmation email, and she dismissed me and said you must rebook with us I can’t find you. She then said there’s no option for two beds. I was so frustrated, the other receptionist chimed in and asked what’s my last name, she found it with no problem and apologized on the behalf of the worker. In the morning, I was awakened by the cleaning lady she was loud talking and dragging her cleaning cart. The last thing, I found to be insane there’s no water in the refrigerator. I asked for water and the receptionist said i need to buy the water. I paid $12.00 for two bottles Dasani water and a Welch snack that price was outrageous. Water is a basic need why can it be free? The next day, I asked to speak to the manager he was dismissive and said you should have read the sign there’s no complimentary and this is how the company makes there money. Furthermore, he said I wasn’t a member they get the special treatment of having water and soda in there refrigerator. The tone of his voice was sarcastic I didn’t appreciate it. I’ve been to many hotels and never experienced this type of service, it was disturbing. I’ll never book there again. I’ll make sure to share my experience with every social media outlet. Holiday Inn express needs to do better in customer service and provide water it’s a basic need.

Wonderful stay with my children. We arrived hours later after check-in however the front desk staff checked us in quickly. Room was clean, quiet, and cool. Indoor pool was convenient and clean! Breakfast was amazing and coffee was a wonderful touch. Will definitely be returning soon!

The place is cleaned and quiet. Nothing to complsin abour the room. The only thing is they need to adjust the elevator as it's so slow. Check in late available and the front desk person is really nice. She called after I've booked the room. She wants to make sure we will be comfortable and held the dounle queen room for me us.

Customer service was ok,I explained that I booked a bogger room counting more people but I wanted to downgrade the room but the Cust.Serv guy dodnt do anything. Room was not very cleaned,stains on sink and the worse was that I took and shower and washed my hair before bedtime and water was not draining good from tub,so I checked if the tub had the stooper ,took it off and saw hair in it,I started pulling hair thinking it was my hair and got a nasty surprise pulling like a 12 inches long clog of nasty and smelly black hair out,obviously thatbtub hasnt been cleaned in that area .I took a picture and showed to thr cust.service un the morning at the time of checking out.Nasty,this review doesnt let me upload the picture.
