The staff was incredibly rude when checking in. By the time I got to the road has not been vacuumed, and I saw her everywhere on the wall in the shower and the bathroom.

I was clean and we had a very comfortable stay. Our only concern was the tight parking but we managed to always find a spot. There is a lot of stores nearby and we had no issues with noise. Overall it was a great stay, I would recommend anyone in the are to stay here.

We only stayed one night so it was worth what we paid. Staff was excellent and room was decent. Mattress could use some upkeep because you can tell a child was in there before and ate Cheetos and got it on the mattress. Sheets were clean though and bathroom is really pretty.
Parking on the other hand felt like my car might get broken into. I like to have my vehicle on property grounds not across an alley behind the hotel. Overall decent place for an over night stay.

The sheets from previous guest were not changed, also the mattress was stained,the sofa was stained, the towels were dirty with hair every where, shower was dirty, I went inside and told them so they gave me 4 sets of sheets to put over the mattress… never again will I stay there

I stay in deluxe king bed non smoking #218. The room I stay is not well clean. The sofa in duty, stain & rip. The bathroom is not clean on the bottom of the shower door. Poor amenities, broken shampoo dispenser. I would not stay there agains.

We stayed two night! First of all, no parking! We walked to our room and the blinds were broken! We tried to shut the door, and we had to slam it for it to close. The sheets had cigarette burns. There was random hair on the bed sheets! There was two flies inside the room. The telephone was not working! We ordered clean towels and they never got there! Horrible!

To start off before even arriving the man at the front desk called and was extremely rude calling to ask if I was sure my card was not going to decline when I check in... very unprofessional. The room was very dirty with hair everywhere in shower, beds and even on the towels. Overall highly unprofessional staff and this was a very dissapointing stay.

Hotel room was not ready when we arrived. It was not clean and we saw cockroaches inside hotel room. No closet space no iron/ironing board. Bathroom was super duper small. Microwave older than the year I was born.

Room I was checked into had yellow stains on the wall. There was an used washcloth that was by the shampoo bottle. The sofa couch had trash from the previous guest. The mini fridge was not cleaned at all not to mention the room floor or ac unit filled with dust. I only stayed there because it was the only cheapest option at that time but those pictures are nothing compared to the room. Also for the fd clerk wanting to put us right in front of lobby area was creepy. Not enough parking as well for this property.

I stayed in room 214 and got bitten by bed bugs. Fire alarm was not properly installed. The blanket has a weird smell I had to replace it. Towel is very thin and rough on the skin. The bedding has stains. It looks like it has been washed, but still have large stains that I think it should be replaced. Will not stay ever again because of bed bug.

The man there be careful he showed way to much intrist with my 4 yr old son I sould not have had to tell him my and my son medical conditions and personal business as to why I had to gather my son the way I did and he lied the lady there I checked out with her a day early and he told expidea I never checked out I still ain't got my money back be careful and there is no room sarvices no nothing they have poor comcation with there housekeeper and just bad
