It was an amazing stay at a very beautiful hotel. Will definitely come back.

Do not get a standard queen room. Must have been the smallest hotel room I have ever been in the bed took up almost the entire room. No desk or table!! I did get changed to a different broom, with an upgrade charge☹️ Had breakfast in the only restaurant in the hotel and that have maybe 10 choices with 1 omelet. The big problem is absolutely no substitutions. You can only get what they have. Total BS for a hotel restaurant

Staff was amazing. Gave us great service. Very clean property. Only thing was our sink in the bathroom area smelled like rotten eggs. Otherwise, the entire experience was great.

Amazing renovated property with a great breakfast buffet and bar. Convince of only steps from Knotts berry farm. Best spot in the area!

Fantastic property and super nice to be able to walk to the park not even 5 minutes away! Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with excellent service. We had a great day at Knotts Berry Farm and got to have an amazing stay at the Knotts hotel. The hotel is beautiful and very well decorated.

Hotel wasn’t bad at all. Just hidden charges. Charged for parking overnight, that’s B.S. wasn’t even valet. The coffee shop inside charged $12 a mocha.

It was amazing. I was very pleased to stay and will be staying again. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. And it was easy access to the amusement park and other places. Me and my family enjoyed staying at the Knotts Berry Hotel.

The hotel was great and so close to Knott's Berry Farm! The staff were all warm and friendly. I had a single queen bed and in the picture there were two chairs even though it was a smaller room, but there were no chairs or desk which made it difficult to even sit and relax. I asked the hotel staff and they said that is how that room comes, but the picture showed chairs.

The remodeled Knotts hotel is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend it.

It was an upgrade, but I fear that the paint was not so well with the bathroom. The bathroom seat looked like a lot of people sat on it, but overall, it was a good hotel, especially with the refurbishment.

I hadn’t stayed at the hotel in over 15 years. I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance and ambience of the hotel. It was “fun” and made you smile. The room was nice. It met expectations. They had a small couch that turned into a twin bed, but you couldn’t see the tv from the placement of the couch.

The hotel was very busy but we had good service. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.

The hotel lobby was nice, I enjoyed waiting for my room by the bar with my boyfriend. They texted us when it was ready and we could see our car from our room. The sheets seemed clean and the carpet too. I didn’t like the smell when I first entered the room but it went away. Perhaps maybe it was a smell from the cleaning lady vacuuming. The towels were clean and all the spa items smelled good with their signature boysenberry scent. I enjoyed the offer to order breakfast the night before by leaving it on your door. I forgot to but I wish I would have remembered. The water took a while to heat up in the shower but after it did, it was nice and hot. I liked how they decorated for Halloween in the courtyard, it was a very festive feel. The gift shop had no size medium in the black hoodie. Only large sizes. Still a cute little shop even with limited inventory. I didn’t enjoy how the parking was $20 when I already paid $180 for one night. Pretty dumb. It was my birthday and I just wanted to have a convenient walk home from Knotts Scary Farm. Oh yea and the pool was out of service. I wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew that.

We were charged an additional $47 for a handicap accessible room & told it was an upgrade. Even though we requested handicap during our booking. Smoke alarm went off & staff was rude about it

Great stay and cheap for a resort

Nicely renovated lobby area. Rooms are clean with new furniture but rooms have not been recently renovated.

I had a great time during my stay and attending Knotts Berry Farm. The park is very close to the hotel which is convenient. The hotel and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I wish the pool was open, with the breakfast option there should be turkey bacon, someone needs to learn what easy med over easy eggs are, mine were fried eggs. Breakfast drinks should give size choose sm or lg. maybe with breakfast give chooses, like 4 chooses for $$$, 5 chooses for $$$$and still have alycart for others.
