Food order was wrong and took a long time. Uncomfortable pillows but worst of all, the shower head was too low for me to wash under. I'm only 6ft2" !

I was staying 2 nights but before the trip I had to book 2 different rooms because of availability. When I arrived they had booked me into the same room for both night and I was upgraded to a room that might be bigger than my flat :)

Not the best customer service. Not offered any help with bags and asked for my breakfast order whilst walking away as though couldn’t be arsed.
Room noisy and doors banging on a night. Found a bug on plate at breakfast which made me feel sick but the staff were apologetic.

Wonderful time at Fairlawns again, always spotless, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed after my husbands surprise 40th party in their cedar room and everything went without a hitch.

Our room was next to a hallway door and way banged all night . Only one pillow that wasn’t enough . Hot tub was cold.

Great experience. I really enjoyed it and my girlfriends experience who's 30th birthday we was celebraring, had an incredible time.
I would love for there to be some type of timer in the steam rooms, so I knew how long I've been in there. It doesn't ruin the experience of course. We will stay again!

This is a great family run hotel. I visit once a year on business and have been here a dozen times. Every year, something is added but it is still friendly and personal. It feels like everything has been thought about and care shown over every aspect. Service is excellent with universally local accents and the restaurant is amazing.

Overview of hotel is completely misleading. I only chose this hotel for the spa facilities and it was not clear there was an additional £30 charge per person. Would never have booked it had i known. Its so misleading. The room was really cramped. Not worth what they are charging for it especially as breakfast again is an additional charge. Wont be returning.

I stayed only one night to catch up with my cousin.
We met at hotel with friendly receptionist.
Our room was ready so we could get spa things on, robes slippers etc.
Separate way to spa from bedrooms which was nice not seeing people in robes in the main hotel.
Spa had plenty of sauna, steam, infra red light room ( get ticket from spa reception ) & jacuzzi spaces.
Lovely massage hot oils great.
We had a drink in the bar & decided to stay in same area for delicious Chicken Milanese.

Absolutely overwhelmed by the Fairlawns. Every single member of staff made you feel more than welcome.
The food was amazing and very reasonable priced in the bar and the hottubs were super relaxing though a little chilly to get to (take your robe) all in all a perfect few days away.
