Everything was fine except the pillows. Our whole family and thr other two families that stayed also thoufht the pillows were trash. LUMPY! Like sleeping on the foam pit chunks at a trampoline park. Made for unrestful sleep. Ugh! Everything else was ok. Not plush or fancy but servicable. We knew that going in.

The upkeep of the establishment is pretty poor.

This place has gone down hill. Elevator does not work. Breakfast used to be good but now is skimpy and terrible. Tried to extend checkout from 11 to 12. No that’s a $25 fee. I used to stay here all the time but will now avoid.

Good choice if you can catch it at a decent rate. Overall, the rooms are basic and the breakfast choices are not great.

Great Complimentary Breakfast! Room was great: spacious, AC/Heat unit easy to use, all items for personal care abundant, plenty of clean towels...only noticed that bathroom floor was basically clean, but could have been swept a little better as several long strands of hair seen which were definitely not mine... otherwise would still recommend it highly...

The breakfast hot food was abysmal. Gray, greasy meat and rubber eggs. Orange juice was more water than juice.

Great spot for overnight with the family. Clean, safe, easy access from the highway, friendly staff and rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great to start the day and continue our trip. Thank you!

The carpet in our room was soaking wet from the front of the door, past the bathroom. We had to put towels down, and wear our shoes when not in the bed. It was so wet, that as soon as you stepped into the bathroom onto the tile floor, you would slip. So we had to put towels down on the bathroom floor as well. It was ridiculous. And to make matters worse, the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower was covered in mold. It was not a clean room, and the wet floor was completely unacceptable. I will say that the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. I was happy with that.

Exactly what you pay for. Fair value, a little tired but clean and staff friendly enough. Beds comfy, fairly quiet part of town, close to highway. Breakfast ok.

Lobby and hallway smelled like cigarettes. Room was okay, but the bathroom had gross dirty tile grout, the shower curtain rod had obviously been nearly pulled down because the curtain would not stay closed - it just slid to the middle of the rod. That got water all over the floor. The shower head was coming out of the wall.
The beds were very comfortable and I slept just fine. Check in staff was very nice.

The front desk staff went above & beyond to make my stay memorable. From the time I arrived and was later joined by my daughter, Jeanette was so positive & helpful and was a rock star of customer service. The front desk manager, Kiersten, also made our stay wonderful. You know you have an excellent manager when the people she manages have the same great attitude!! They deserve recognition because it wasn't just one interaction, it was EVERY interaction!! Thank you Kiersten & Jeanette :)

I arrived at the hotel in the morning hours and I appreciate this was too early for the 3pm check-in. The lady at the reception however seemed to be very happy that i would have to wait for several hours before I could access the room. Almost delighted to tell me this. Wierd really.

The front desk attendants were very unfriendly. The first one was unfriendly and even wants to charge us $25 for an early check in at 2, so we left and we came back at 3. Another attendant was there and also unfriendly. She didn’t even smile the whole time she was checking us in. I told her I had 2 reservations and she argued that we only had one night until I showed her, and I was right, no apologies were offered and she couldn’t even accommodate us and told us that we had to move the next night to another room. It’s like she hated her job or something. Bad attitude.

Be cautious about the smoking situation. They used to be a smoking hotel so the rooms still smell heavily of cigarette smoke.
The staff was amazing though and did their best to accommodate us, but we had to remove the vents from the AC and prop the door open to air out the room for the majority of the evening.
Exercise facilities and breakfast was decent and great access to dining and shopping.
