Our stay was amazing, with exception of our room being extremely warm, and the thermostat not working, and getting not even 2hrs of sleep, and having to crack a window open early hours of the morning. To find out, the hotel has a boiler system now.

Took 3 different rooms. First one was bare no towels etc, tv didn’t work? Same second one. Third finally was fully equipped and everything worked? Why this was kind of like what the actual feck folks?

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning service did NOT show and that was after we told them in person we were leaving for the day. AC in our room was not working properly. We asked maintenance to come and I don’t they did. Location is great

Mostly quite good as it was in our past 2 visits but unfortunately the TV/remote was pretty much non functional. Traded out battery at from desk but still didn't work. TV/remote evidently needs replaced, room 530.

Reception was friendly and courteous. The bed was fine. No clock. The desk lamp did not work. The train noise was beyond annoying and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Peeling wallpaper and mold in the shower. Hard to believe this was a Hilton property.

The hotel was nice overall. The breakfast was good. The service was good. The only person who was not as kind as everyone else was the GM that we spoke to upon check-in- otherwise all staff was very nice. The AC leaked in our room but maintenance came to fix the issue quickly. The pool is cold, but a nice feature regardless. Would stay again.

Nice clean hotel and super helpful staff going above and beyond to help us with a weather related issue. Our room deadbolt did not lock and the AC is loud and didn’t cool as well as it should have.

Very nice food and wait staff in dining area. Chef was awesome. Front desk staff was mediocre and the AC didn’t keep up in rooms and main area, bar area and reception areas were all hot.

The Aircon wasn't working in this hotel (I asked 3 times for it to be checked in my room) neither did the coffee machine which I also asked to be fixed. Overall OK but there are better places to stay in Davenport

The staff was friendly and helpful but they seemed overworked and overwhelmed. This hotel has gone down in quality considerably since turning into a Double Tree by Hilton (it used to be a Raddison). The atrium was too hot to enjoy during the day and barely tolerable at night (a/c issues). The décor is bland. It claims to be pet friendly but there's really no convenient grassy place to take them out, and no poop baggies/trash cans. It's a 6 floor hotel and only 2 floors had a working ice machine.

The lobby was awesome and the staff wonderful. Our toilet seat was broken. We requested maintenence but it never got fixed on our 2 night stay. Lobby bathrooms were dirty. It was a busy weekend in the city with a big race so maybe they were understaffed. Would probably stay here again.

Stayed there 2 years ago, and this time I noticed a slight downfall in the upkeep of the interior. i.e. elevator floor sagging & needed repair, my room number kept falling off the door. Floor in bathroom had some dark cement/caulking spots on tile floor. It was just a few little things that I noticed needed attention. My last visit I did not have to pay for parking bldg. across street, but this time I had two pay $10.40 per day. Hotel parking lot was filled with mud and standing water.

Only problem was they billed my card, which I specifically gave them only for incidentals, for the room. I had paid for the room on Expedia. I asked them to correct it but don't have any receipt showing they did.

After being yelled at for inquiring about where to park because the hotel had no parking available we were given a room with stained pillows on the couch and sheets on the bed and no working AC … the tech attempted to fix the Ac but it didn’t work and they offered no replacement room

Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Can’t beat it. Only hotel downtown this close and convenient without paying over $300!

The hotel was great, they staff was helpful. Our only complaint was the room was stuffy. The air was set at 65 but the room never got below 73, which we understand humidity outside was high. But none of us slept well because of it.

The staff was very accommodating with a request I had. I’ve seen others here comment on the air conditioning, and that it wasn’t working properly. I had the same experience— the thermostat was set to 65, but the air blowing out was not cool enough.. it was JUST A LITTLE too warm in the room, and I could not get the AC to go any colder. And it was a little sticky/humid as well. ALSO— there was little to no water pressure in the bathroom sink. Other than that, I have no real complaints. The room was clean and as I mentioned earlier, the staff members I interacted with were very accommodating.

Fire alarm woke us at 3:40 am. Evacuated and left property. 4 hours of sleep. Noisy in the building and noisy highway also. Will never stay at a Double Tree again
