The room they gave me was not what I had originally ordered. I ordered a room with a king bed, and they gave me a room with two queen beds. When got in the room and cut the air conditioner on, it made a loud rattling noise which was very horrible. I made a complaint to one of the front dest employees and they told me that they would send maintenance but, maintenance never showed. So, they end up calling the room, I answered, they told us to come back downstairs to pick another room key for a different room. The hallways smelled very horrible and the elevator kept getting stuck. My husband and I had never been to Mississippi, and it was our first time coming to celebrate our 11th year wedding anniversary this experience was very horrible and heartbreaking because that was not what expected to experience on first trip to Mississippi. We both were very disappointed. I will not return to this hotel on any of my future trips to Mississippi.😔

Services was very nice. Everyone was friendly the rooms were nice clean, well kept and they had dove soap, lotion, body wash, hair condition, and shampoo in case you forgot to bring your own. The breakfast was wonderful, planted to eat and very satisfying. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be visiting it back again and also it was right across from the beach so that was perfect for my family and I.

It was a decent hotel but the photos are very exaggerated. Photos make it look much more upscale than actual. Pool was very small and in the back of the hotel, basically in the parking lot. Doesn’t seem to have any good window views from this hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Good breakfast.

We had a one night stay on our way to our final destination, it was an amazing choice. Very quiet & clean. My family really enjoyed the breakfast. Will be staying here for future trips!

Great location! Right across from the beach and many restaurants nearby. Many shopping stores and a mall nearby as well. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was great!! Breakfast was great! I have no complaints! I will book again!
