Check in was quick. I was early so room was not quite ready. I enjoyed a cookie and coffee while I waited. Bed was comfortable with a great choice of pillows. Peeked at the pool but it didn't look inviting. Water was a little cloudy. Refrigerator in my room had previous occupants leftovers in it. Breakfast was great. Several choices,: juices, coffee, sausage, potatoes, omelette, breads, fruit, waffles and oatmeal.

We stayed Monday through Thursday night. We had maid service on Tuesday and that was it. We were not pre informed and frankly we wondered why we had to go to the desk and retrieve towels and etc 3 days.

Very nice property and very considerate staff. We had an unexpected trip to visit a sick friend and this was a last-minute trip to an area we had never been to before.

They was ok. I don’t think they clean the rooms well there was trash under the bed and chair. Aw well as high ants. Other than that it was an ok stay.

It was over priced for the condition of the room. Very outdated and the bed was horrible. The shower was dirty and the tub floor was very slippery. The carpet was filthy.

We have an affinity for Hampton Inn when we need to travel for business or are looking for a location during a multiday car trip. I have to say the staff at this location were friendly and helpful. Doing their best.
However, I was taken aback by the high nightly price for this accommodation. The hotel, though conveniently located, was smaller than expected and had limited amenities.
I felt even more dissatisfied with the accommodations when we arrived, given the nightly price. The hotel clearly needs renovations, and while we did see work being performed, our accommodations were under par. The room smelled of old feet, hair, and clothes. It smelled dirty. The rug was worn at the entrance to our room. The bath has one sink for two people - certainly not up to the standard expected in 2024. The hallways were cluttered with used chairs. The pool had a dirty appearance- we don't know if it was from wear and tear or algae.
I certainly would not have paid $275 (and one room was $410!) a night for this hotel again.
Hopefully whatever renovations are happening will bring this location up to its asking price.

What I wasn’t told is that the property was in the middle of renovations which is fine, however they were still drilling etc at 8pm above our room. I had to call the front desk to inquire and received the answer I’m not sure what the construction crew’s schedule is but will talk to the supervisor. Also when we walked in or near the front desk, the staff never greet you or even acknowledge you. Overflowing garbage out front didn’t give me the sense the staff cared or that I was at a Hilton connected hotel. I feel I overpaid.

The hotel is very dated. Room was ok, but carpet was filthy. We also found some mystery Tupperware in mini fridge so I placed that in hallway. There was construction going on on the 3rd floor next to our room. We heard drills , voices, ect most of evening. Workers were hanging out 3rd floor window smoking when we arrived Friday evening. I would not recommend staying at this location.

Our stay at this facility was way beyond what we expected. The hotel has great proximity to a variety of restaurants and shopping venues. Yet it is far enough off of Route 224 that you will not hear the traffic. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

They didn’t call me to make sure I was coming I got lost in the night and had to wait an extra hour past three am to be checked in and didn’t even get the suite I paid for

I usually am very pleased with Hampton Inn but this one leaves a bit to be desired. Had to clean hair out of the bathroom drain as soon as I walked in, which you could clearly see. When I got a shower the water pressure was absolutely pathetic but I guess it worked out because the drain is so plugged that the tub filled with water before I was done. The rest of the room seemed to be very clean. Breakfast in the morning was a nice variety but it was very messy. The lady in charge didn’t care to wipe anything up that had been spilled or dropped on the counter. It was a mess. We will not be staying here next year for our tournament.

I totally understand that businesses are short handed however, when I am booked into a hotel for multiple nights, I expect to, at the very least, have the garbage emptied daily and new towels at least every other day. Definitely disappointed this time. I have stayed here before and haven’t experienced this. Front office people very nice. Housekeeping was no where to be found.

Hotel employees are helpful & hospitable. Cookies, coffee by front door is very welcoming. We enjoyed our overnight stay & we will stay here again on our next road trip.

Compared with night before in Janesville WI quite the opposite in Youngstown Ohio. The front desk attendant was cordial but her outfit was not quite appropriate cir that position along with oily stringy hair. Our room was lacking in a few areas: the carpet dirty, very worn, hair conditioner in shower was empty. The bed very comfortable and bedding was very good and smelled good.
The breakfast was not acceptable; fruit tasted awful (few days old), “fake” eggs, tables was sticky, floors dirty. It was not busy so the lady responsible for the area had plenty of time-she spent most of the time sitting doing nothing. again, not like the other Hampton inns we have stayed at between Minnesota and Sheperdstown West Virginia.

The communication was lacking. We didn't know they would not clean the room daily unless you asked. The cost was way too high for the accommodations. The coffee dispenser was empty, the breakfast was not replenished. The staff were not friendly.

In the Hotels.com reservation I asked for 3 extra pillows because my husband has had 2 knee replacements and needs to sleep with his knees propped on pillows. The hotel sent me a nice email saying they got my request. But when I got there, there were no extra pillows. Had to hunt them down via the front desk.
The breakfast was supposed to be until 10 a.m. but just before 9:30 a sign was put in the entrance saying it was closed for cleaning. What??? Front desk said to just go in, so we did. By 9:45 the breakfast staff cleared out ALL the food. We had got what we wanted, but other guests came down and had no food, and asked them to bring it back out. How can they operate like this? You don't clean during the few breakfast hours and you don't pack up before it's over.

Front desk staff was very nice. We had a first floor room next to the break room. Our bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, but we left the door closed, and it stayed in the bathroom. Not sure if air intake was bringing it in or if they need their ducts cleaned. Decent stay overall.

The room and the bedding had a musty smell, the bathroom, had seen better days. On the morning of the third day, I requested maid service who never showed up so never received new towels etc. The pool was out of order. The person at the front desk on Saturday never looked up, never said a word I think I could have ridden a horse into the lobby, and she would not have noticed. The cost of this hotel was comparable with downtown Chicago hotel rates, and we were in Boardman Ohio! The cost plus all the negatives would keep me away from any future stays at a Hampton Inn.

I thought the room was worn out looking. The furnishings were adequate, however the carpet looked dirty. We had to ask for more pillows. I think a king size bed needs more than 2 standard size pillows.

Our room was not clean, the bathroom was disgusting. Toothpaste all over the sink and mirror, and the toilet was filthy. The staff was less than helpful about the situation.

Place had unpleasant smell. Carpet was dirty in room. TV channel identifications did not match the actual channel so impossible to find tv channels. Noise in hallways. Cleaning carts always in hallways. Arrived to check in at 2 am and 4 loud and extremely badly behaved men were sitting in food/eating area making racist statements. Will not stay here again.
